I called to schedule a quote Saturday evening, got the quote Sunday, and the work was completed on Tuesday- extremely efficient. Cleanup was better than expected- no big chunks from grinding stumps and they even graded the area. I'll definitely call them if needed.

Said it's "hurting his business". Mr. Jones was in possession of MY phone number, but never contacted me directly, yet could have. I refuse to delete or amend any comments or photos which I'd posted about his services to us. I think they speak for themselves, and that is what is so great about Yelp. Come to think of it, he certainly could've replied to my postings, but hasn't. In summary, his crew did return to finish off the job, yet left all of the tree shavings all over the backyard, and, in addition, had caused damage to the neighbor's fence, and house eaves, which we are paying $600. to have repaired. I hardly call this "making things right".
