As we have dogs, my husband was concerned about a limb falling on them and spoke to Brandon Mulligan about this while Mr. Mulligan was making the rounds in our neighborhood one day. Even though I understood why the tree had to come down, I was terribly upset about it, having been a part of our home for almost 20 years. Mr. Mulligan took the extra time to talk to me about why it needed to be cut down and assured me that if he could he would save it as he is in the business of saving trees not just cutting them down unnecessarily. He was honest when he told me that we could try to save it but it would just be throwing money away. He removed the tree with respect and reverence to both me and the tree and even though it was sad to see it go, Mr. Mulligan planted a new fast-growing Oak tree in its place. He went above and beyond what was requested of him and assisted me with a peach tree that was recently given to me without me even asking. He moved it, provided the proper soil, and insured that it would be healthy in the future. Gary came in with the best estimate, but that was not the only reason we knew he was the guy for the job. When he came to our home he really listened to our concerns. He readily recognized some drainage issues and was sure to address them in our plan/estimate. His team (Jason, Tyler, and one other young man) was hardworking and focused despite challenges with rain and mud. Gary was onsite every day to address any of our questions. We had full trust and they did not disappoint. Upon completion of the job they cleaned our deck and driveway. We will be utilizing his team for more sod. He uses Eagle Bay pavers for his hardscaping. I called up Gary and he told me my options after his initial inspection. I have 1400sq/ft. I wanted sod so we talked grass species. I decided on Tall Fescue and he gave me a window for install. That happened mid February. He and his guys showed up at 7am and were done by 11ish. Quick, professional, and clean. Posted are before and after pics. I know they do landscaping also but I did that myself. It's now end of july and the grass is looking great. Some dry and dead spots but that's no fault of his. That's where I'm doing my research on how to save it.

It took three days, but they were extremely careful about surrounding bushes and deck and were meticulous in running down all those annoying roots! Their clean-up at the end of each day, including the neighbors yard, was just as thorough. Some other services might be a little faster, Scott does not use a crane, but we were very impressed by how hard-working Scott is, I don't think he stopped for lunch, and all aspects of the job he did for us.
