Second, he got started when he said he would (not exactly common in this industry, unfortunalty), and lastly, he had multiple pulse points throughout the job to make sure he was giving me the product I expected. Oh, and the clean up after the work was done beat what I would do for my own yard projects. Scope of work had three jobs; a basic hedge trimming, removal of a broken tree branch, and a massive pruning of a large hedge on the side of my house. He did all three far quicker than I expected and to a higher quality than I've seen. In the end, I will absolutely recommend him to friends and family. I have videos of them bringing one of the bundles from the front yard with a bobcat to the fence and dumping it over the fence. He is friendly and I like that he teaches his customers when he provides a quote and while doing the work. I don't know Trevor personally, but I get the sense he is an all around good person. Secondly, he has the most competitive pricing. I got a good 8+ quotes for the work he did and between pricing and just overall personality, I knew I was going to use Trevor. Even with other companies with similar pricing, their personalities were off-putting to say the least. Third, and most importantly, Trevor does EXCELLENT, FAST work with only a 2 man crew. It took Trevor and his helper 2 days to completely cut down the trees, remove all of the debris, grind the stumps, and have my yard completely clean as if there was never trees to begin with. To me, that's impressive! He even fixed my fence that I had improperly installed 2 years ago. I had a tree in the front yard that the power company cut back from power lines. They cut off so much that I think the already half dead tree was weakened. A storm came, and a branch broke off on my roof. Thanfully, the roof was not damaged . They removed the branch from my roof. Felled the tree methodically, cleaned up. Job well done. June 26, My neighbors tree fell. She is elderly and I called to see if she was doing ok and see if she had someone lined up to take care of her tree because if not I had a good recommendation. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, including three in-person visits to the store and seven phone messages, I have not received a response or any resolution. At this point, I am requesting a full refund of the total amount paid, including labor, delivery and planting charges. Please process this refund within 2-3 days, if not immediately. If I do not receive a refund within this timeframe, I will be forced to pursue further action, which will include filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, disputing the charge with my bank and legal action.
