First, he insisted on an on site visit to give me a quote (the other guy didn't). Second, he got started when he said he would (not exactly common in this industry, unfortunalty), and lastly, he had multiple pulse points throughout the job to make sure he was giving me the product I expected. Oh, and the clean up after the work was done beat what I would do for my own yard projects. Scope of work had three jobs; a basic hedge trimming, removal of a broken tree branch, and a massive pruning of a large hedge on the side of my house. He did all three far quicker than I expected and to a higher quality than I've seen. In the end, I will absolutely recommend him to friends and family. His price may be higher, but as the saying goes, buy once cry once. The quality and care you get is worth every penny.

This team was superb. Carl (owner) brought a team of 5 men to trim and thin 3 River Birch trees and…read moreone Maple. The birches were bitches! All had to be done by hand with climbers and an exquisite arrangement of ropes to secure climbers and artfully guide limbs and branches (so nothing on the ground was damaged) as they were brought down. Each person held a vital position, and some were interchangeable. As the limbs came down, the guys on the ground cut them into sizes that were easy to then transport to the Chipper ( think Fargo)! In no time they( just the *limbs* of the trees) were history. The whole job took a bit longer than I'd expected, but that may have been because they cleaned up *all* the debris. The price was very fair. I will call on Carl and his team again, and I recommend you do too. I think you'll be pleased.
