I understand rain delays etc. However, communicating delays should be done in a timely manner. Eagle Merchant touched base with us over the weekend and stated they would come out and check the ground. They did not. We have cameras. When we complained to the East Coast leisure, that recommended Eagle Merchant Inc. Eagle Merchant Inc. had us on their schedule the next day and stated that they had left a message with us already telling us that. We never showed a missed call or voice mail on our phones. However, they called us back and said because we said Eagle Merchant Inc. was not communicating with us and because the owner of Merchant Inc. supposedly has their phone with them 24hrs a day Eagle Merchant Inc. dropped us from their install schedule and to find another installer. OBTW, we had purchased the pool in June to enjoy during the summer. This company "Eagle MerchantInc. has no credibility, communicates poorly and cannot be questioned by their customers.
