What truly stood out during my visit was the warmth of the people, particularly Megan, Rocco, Lidia, and Lisa. who works at the farm. Megan was so helpful and friendly, taking the time to explain the stories of the animals and the farm's mission. I can't recommend this place enough! And that's exactly the same reason why this place is also a tight place for kids to run around. You get a feel of entering a crowded market at all times (from our experience of being here twice for a birthday party and then a play date). Sometimes you will need to run around and there is no private play time for the birthday party attending kids and they get lost amongst the regular crowd of kids. But the place is well maintained (including the washrooms) for the most part and they provide a free returning voucher for a limited time period for the kids participating in birthday parties. The parking is spacious and this place is easy to find on the maps.

There's a designated baby area, a jumping area, slides, a dress-up section, a pretend play area, and even a cow the kids can milk, which was a big hit. The party room was nicely decorated by the party team and comfortably fit our group of 14 kids and 22 adults. They offer a catering menu, and we chose the pizza, which was delicious. Outside dessert is allowed at no extra cost. If you'd like to bring outside food, there's an $80 fee. They were also very accommodating with decorations. I was able to bring balloons, and since they didn't have the party theme I wanted, they allowed me to bring my own plates, cups, banner, and other party décor. The party package includes two hours total, with 90 minutes in the party room. Overall, it was a really good experience, and everyone especially my daughter had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend this place for a kids' party.

My review was based on today. The store and tanks ARE filthy. Barely wanted to touch the door. I told you exactly when and where I bought the fish from (November/Dan's fish), sent photo AND video so you would know that it was a healthy, quality fish that I chose to re-home which you no doubt will sell for a profit. I'm not petty to get even over $10-$15 credit, although I could have drove 40 minutes to Absolutely Fish and received store credit. The blonde girl in the store had a mouth on her and an attitude that I didn't appreciate. I wasn't even talking to her but she felt the need to pipe up anyway. The girl behind the counter said no credit or trade because the fish was too small. As a business owner, you have to take the bad reviews (just scroll to see many others) with the good. Shame on YOU my friend for taking the time to try and challenge my review instead of Hey sorry you had a bad experience today thanks for the fish that I will probably sell for $20 or more. Tank on bro.

Tickets were little bit expensive, $29.99 for kids over 40 inch, $13.99 for under. Anti slip socks are must. They had supervising staff in each zone. A bunch of associates were also helping with organizing birthday parties. Most of the areas were clean, arcade games were functional and restrooms were well maintained. The weekends are terrible, they really should have some kind of crowd control. The staff here is really wonderful, I honestly feel for them during busy times. I suggest having a party first thing in the morning, it is much less busy and the kids enjoy it more. We have always had a positive experience with parties both hosting them and coming for others parties.

I had checked a few other options before he made his request (JJ came to mind but is a bit far for us.) and Jumping Jungle was actually among the more affordable! The staff is great. I can't say enough about how friendly and efficient they are. We were greeted by Christine, the manager, as soon as we came in, and she remembered my son from Snapology, a program run by JJ that he participated in and also really enjoyed. We immediately felt welcomed and put at ease. We got there just before the party started and I was nervous about setting up before guests arrived, but quickly our party's host Dennis came in to introduce himself. When he saw I was quickly taking decorations out he let me know that he and his co-host Samantha would do all the preparations and I could go out and enjoy the party! Literally, they asked for NOTHING, and when we entered the party room everything looked great. Christine was very accommodating when we asked if we could extend the playtime. We knew it might not be possible because it was a last minute ask but she made it happen and the kids had a great time. Even if you have some children who are afraid of getting on the inflatables, there is plenty to do in the arcade section as well. It was nice to have a private party at an affordable rate and the staff there did a great job in making sure the two parties going on were completely separate so that no children got lost. The party room looked great when we arrived to eat. All of the kids were properly hungry and tuckered out from the extension of play-time so they all sat nice. My son was so excited to sit in his "king chair" a big inflatable(?) chair that he sat on while we sang happy birthday. Everyone was very happy with the food as well. The pizza for the kids came with our package and we added on the unlimited drinks, vegetarian rigatoni pasta, and Caesar salad for the adults to enjoy. It was hard to choose what food to select for the party because there were so many options, including Indian food which was sooo tempting if my budget was bigger I surely would have added on too much food, haha! All in all it was a great experience. All of the parents said how fun it was and how impressed they were with the space and how well run everything was.
