Dear Dave, First and…read moreforemost, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting together an absolutely incredible event for our son JP. Walking into a venue I had never been to before--and knowing how particular I can be--I'll admit I was taking a bit of a chance. But you and your team delivered nothing short of a first-class experience from start to finish. You knocked it out of the park. From the moment I dropped things off the night before, I was struck by how professional, respectful, and accommodating every single member of your staff was. Each one was a complete gentleman--not just with me, but with all of our guests. It didn't go unnoticed, and it meant a lot. My wife and I are still receiving phone calls from guests raving about everything--from the appetizers, to the Escarole, sausage and beans (which you may seriously want to consider adding to your menu!), and of course, the desserts. People can't stop talking about it. Thank you again for making the night so special for JP, and for making it all look effortless. It was an amazing experience all around, and we're truly grateful. If you ever need anything from the entertainment side please reach out I would love to help if I can. Thank you, The Abbruzzese Family

Where do I start everything before the wedding and of course ceremony and cocktail hours was…read morebeautiful. As for the reception it all went downhill from there. The food was ok but the majority of guest could not eat because the food was raw. Meaning NOT COOKED. A friend at my table had to send their meal back 3 times and it was still not done. Needless to say many guest did not eat. It also took the waitstaff almost all night to get everyone served the reception started around 7 snd guest were still being served undercooked foods at 10pm. Not only that we paid $800 for a vodka luge that was left in the cocktail hour room and was no where near the bar to even get shots from. The desserts were served in a completely different room no one even knew they were there unless they wondered to the cocktail hour room. Needless to say if we could do this all over again we definitely would have chosen somewhere else to spend upward of 50K and not even be able to feed the majority of your guest because the chef is enable to completely cook a meal and the waitstaff if so limited they are unapt to serve is shameful. I wish someone had posted a review to help me better know what I was really getting into after the wedding when I looked this place up I did see other reviews about food not being done and the lack of staffing. And what's worse of all being insulted and offered only 1500 back when that was only covered about 5 meals when we had almost half the food unable to eat. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. Please don't be fooled by the beautiful scenery, the wedding tent and saling potential of the staff. If we could do this all over again it definitely would not be at WoW at Frogbridge. After all the only real WoW we experienced was being embarrassed because our guest came so far and could not eat. This place should be a shame

(I'll update my review and add pictures once we get our sneak peek gallery from our photographer…read morethis Saturday!) You know how people talk about that moment you put on a wedding dress, see yourself in the mirror, then think "this is the one"? That's how we felt with Estate at Eagle Lake from the moment we saw it in person! My husband Carlo and I got married at Estate at Eagle Lake on 7/22/2023 and we can't say enough amazing things about the venue and its staff! A huge and extra special shout-out to Brianna - the venue director, day-of coordinator, and for-hire wedding planner! She made our planning process and our actual wedding day absolutely seamless and perfect. She was even so thoughtful in making sure our other vendors were well taken care of and hydrated on our wedding day. We were really trying to "ball on a budget" and we were amazed and thankful with how much we were able to plan our day based on our budget here. Catering and alcohol are separate costs from the venue, so we were able to choose an amazing caterer within our budget from their preferred vendor list and we were able to do a "beer, wine, and signature cocktails" bar instead of a full open bar to save more money. Eagle Lake also includes so many AMAZING amenities in such an affordable cost: - The ENTIRE venue for your event from 7 AM - 11 PM - SO MANY PHOTO OP LOCATIONS including the love swing, sandy beach area with Adirondack chairs and a firepit in the evening, lakeside deck, cobblestone paths, rooftop area overlooking the lake, and plenty of grassy areas with beautiful flower blooms all over - Stadium seating for a lakeside ceremony that is livestreamed by the venue if requested. We opted to do the livestream so that our family in other states and overseas could watch! - Tented reception area with air conditioners and fans (the air conditioners are new as the owner Scott is always looking to make the venue better and more comfortable for all who come!) - Romantic rooftop area for cocktail hour complete with a shaded gazebo, little basketball hoops, and koi pond - A gorgeous bridal suite with 3 full salon setups - A very cool groom's suite with a pool table upstairs that the groom and groomsmen can use while they're "getting ready" - Indoor chapel and cocktail hour space for inclement weather - Photo booth which delivers photos digitally (no print outs) - Golf carts with attendants available to drive you around the venue As if my description isn't dreamy and too-good-to-be-true enough for you to book your next event here, you have to check the website for pictures and book a tour the venue yourself to see its true beauty! Our wedding truly wouldn't have been as magical if it were anywhere other than Estate at Eagle Lake. It's truly a hidden gem. We received SO many compliments from our wedding guests and I even got some inquiries about the venue from future brides looking for a wedding venue after I was tagged by some of our guests in Facebook pictures! If Carlo and I ever plan another big event, we'll absolutely come back to Estate at Eagle Lake with no hesitation and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to book a special event :) TIP #1: For those who plan an event here, be sure to tell your guests of the pebble paths and grass so they can wear appropriate footwear. TIP #2: If you haven't booked here yet but are interested, go to an open house so that you can meet some of the preferred vendors and potentially get a discount from them!

Scott, the owner-operator is hands on, passionate about the property, and provides great service to clients, guests, and wedding vendors alike. As a DJ, I was delighted to have my booth located in a real-life bunker and adjacent to an extensive bridal suite that resembles a professional hair salon! Relatively new to the Central NJ wedding scene, couples should take a closer look at this amazing and unique property.
