If I could put negative stars in here I would. I was with my father this last Saturday 12 July 2025 to pick up his truck he purchased. He was extremely happy to be getting it. When we first saw it in the "delivery" bay, I was very appalled at what I was looking at. For a truck that was detailed perfectly...wasn't touched by any means in my eyes. Also they said that they had fixed all rock chips with a a paint pen, perfect. NOT EVEN TRUE!! I didn't even have to look and I found more than two hand fulls myself. So I questioned how they missed them? All I got was "well idk?" Bad response right. So I told the sales person Casey himself this is what my father brought me with for was to make sure everything looked good on the truck. And he told me good go over it all point out everything. Well I pointed out everything I could see as it sat in a dark delivery bay that I wasn't happy with which of course dad wasn't happy with as well. Then they sat down and it took over 4 1/2 almost 5 hours to do the paperwork on it which was really outrageous to me. Ontop of forgetting to get him license plates or at least a temp plate for the truck which is ridiculous for the amount of time they spent with him. Then when they brought the truck into the sun did it look like crap. They never scrubbed the chrome, there was mud coated inside of both bumpers along with under the body of the truck, they put enough tire black on the tires that it's all over the truck, the running boards look like crap, you can see that someone did try to buff it but just stood in three different spots on the truck and made bad buff marks on those spots that I don't even think you'll get out. Plus just left the wax on the edges and didn't even try to clean it off. Dad had the clear rock guard added to the front of his truck for $2500 and there are 10 or so bigg rock chips that they told him that he just has to deal with now. THANKS CASEY! Dad was also told that anything under 60% or under would be fixed. Welp his front breaks are under 57% and didn't get fixed. WAS JUST TOLD TO TAKE IT IN AND GET IT FIXED NOW. WAY TO STAND BY YOUR WORD MILLS! Casey and Mills themselves have a lot of explaining to do and a lot of fixing and cleaning to do on this truck before I'm happy with it which then dad will be happy with it as well. Told Casey Saturday I'm very picky and he said great I like picky people. See how much he likes me after this review plus the yelp review I'll be making right after this one is posted. You treated me or my family wrong and everyone will hear about it. Don't go back on your words because I heard it too. Just remember that! Extremely disappointing with my last visit. I brought my car in for 2 issues and figured I'd get an oil change a little early since I was bringing it in. Apparently my car has a laundry list of issues wrong with it so they can't fix some (which is understandable) and would need to go to Hyundai. They estimated it could cost $2k-$3k to fix over there. When I went in and paid, my oil change was $70 - they auto upgraded me to synthetic without asking. On top of that - with a laundry list of issues I wouldve declined the oil change if I were to get a new car Picking my car up: When I went in to get my car I waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the male and female in the back. They were 5 feet from me and had customers but a simple "hey I'll be with you in a moment" would do. When I was finally helped and walking to go pay for my car the female made jokes about it being on its last leg with the amount of issues going on with the SUV. In my car: Was a flyer about 1. How awesome my car is and the used market is needing it so they'd give me a good offer (it was $200 on a $5500 car) 2. That they hoped they "wowed" me with the server. They did not Looking at new cars/lease: They rip you off on the loans. For a lease you pay off the $42000 MSRP. Or the $39000 sale price for buying. The % per year is higher. They wanted $800 a month to lease. Buying the car at $39,000 for 5 or 6 years the total you pay with interest is $54,000-$57,000. A damn near 50% mark up. On top of that my car is worth used $5,500 and it's worth repairing it for $2,000-$3,000 because of it lasts more than 4 months it's cheaper than the ABSURD monthly payments they want. That doesn't even count what it goes up based on your credit. Will not be going back and want my $70 over charged oil change refunded. read more

Make an appt for general maintenance on my GMC Sierra. Arrived at scheduled time today after planning my work day around it. Upon arrival they told me they didn't have the tools to work on GMC there (they scheduled it at Ford dealership). No apologies, nothing. Not sure why I scheduled there as there have been issues every single time I've used them-definitely won't make that mistake again. read more

My experience did not start off great, it was difficult to communicate with the sales staff in the beginning of my purchase experience. I bought online so all communication was done via text/email or phone conversations. Sales was eventually closed the first week of February, we are now at March 23 and I still do not have any registration paperwork or License plates, I've brought this to my sales persons attention on 3 different occasions, I've been driving on expired temp plates for 2 weeks now. Satisfaction NOT guaranteed !! Do not buy a used vehicle at Mills auto without taking it to a mechanic and body shop. They will not be Up front with any known issues with their vehicles, the only help I got from them was "it's a used vehicle". Mills Is definitely not your "all pleasure-no pressure" dealership. Mills GM says they consider every customer a personal friend and treats them as they would like to be treated in return , thus the one star review. read more

This dealership is disgraceful. I went there looking for GMC Canyon's and worked with Brandon Gruber as a sales person. I thought he was great but unfortunately he is not the person that makes the deals. He is low man on the totem pole. When we found a truck I was interested in, there were several excuses about why they could not lower the price of the truck and they took my older model Suburban back to "check it out" and test drove it. My suburban is actually in very good shape for it's age. They came back with of course a VERY low number for the trade and then also told me there were several things they listed off that were supposedly wrong with it. In fact they totaled $3000 worth. When I disagreed it was obvious that Brandon was not going to make a deal so Scott shows up. He proceeded to try to make himself look innocent and make me look like the unreasonable person. One of the things I heard him tell someone was supposedly wrong with my truck was the brakes (which I had just had replaced so I knew that was a lie) and I called him on it while he was on the phone with this other gentleman. He then tried to back track and claim he got it mixed up with another trade. Long story short apparently these guys felt like because I was female or something that I would just believe them and go with it. Umm no. I have an amazing shop I use who have always been honest and trustworthy when both Mills and Dondelinger have lied to me before about repairs and tried to charge twice as much. So, today I took my truck to my shop to see what was all wrong with it. I told them what "the dealer" told me. I didn't say which one. As nicely as they could in not so many words they basically said the dealer was lying through their teeth. Absolutely none of those things were in fact wrong with my truck. In the future, Mills would be better to just say "We don't want your trade" rather than lie about it and then get caught because now I would never ever do business with Mills again. Ever. I highly doubt anyone in my family will also. Congratulations one lie cost you multiple future deals! and Scott should be fired. read more

Good mechanics, poor service management. I'm a 92 year old WWII veteran and have purchased cars from Mills over the years. I am hard of hearing and my son told me I had a rumbling sound in the back of my Buick Lacrosse.. I did notice an oil puddle under the car. For the several oil changes over a year I mentioned to them about the oil leak. They said they couldn't find it. A few weeks ago they finally said they found it and it was an broken axel part. I asked about the warranty and they said it had "just expired a month ago." (30,000+ miles) They treated me poorly and when I said I had informed them about the problem for over a year the manager just said "prove it." read more
