Only one Gpu . Only one unisex bathroom. Below average rest area for pilots and clients. Really nice crew cars. Very friendly staff.

I flew into Syracuse for work meetings and when flying out very early in the morning, I didn't know…read morewhere I was going to wait for my flight, while grabbing a quick bite and drink, so when walking through the terminal I came across this Escape Lounge. I normally scope out my options, especially when visiting new airports, but this being such a small airport, I didn't do this ahead of time, as I didn't think they would have any lounges. I got to the door at 4:28AM and saw the sign that they opened at 4:30AM. I was the only one there waiting for them to open and I was the first in when they did open - But immediately after that, there were many more checking in. Fortunately, I got first dibs on their scrambled eggs and other items for breakfast. The food selection was decent, not a lot, but decent. Service was great! The lady working check-in was also working the dining room/lounge and cleaning tables. I asked her about this and she said her co-worker called in (not sure if that meant they called they would be late or not coming in)... Sounds like a very unreliable, selfish, and typical millennial employee is her co-worker who would leave this lady to work alone. What if this lady "called in" too - then the club wouldn't open at all. Anyway, they need to get rid of her co-worker and get a more reliable person to help this lady. I watched her hustle between checking people in, then grabbing a tray to clear people's plates, etc... She was constantly moving. I felt bad for all the work she had to do, on her own. Anyway - It's a nice club. When coming through SYR in the future, I'd definitely return.

Really cute airport. Very clean and well staffed. From check in to gate area all was super smooth…read more Large horseshoe bar with friendly staff. Just serving soft drinks, coffee, tea, wine and hard seltzer now. Sure they'll add more eventually. Gates are all together so you can't get lost. Lots of comfortable seating. No annoying background music or tvs blaring. TV screens have closed captioning. Thanks for CNN. Waiting to fly home to JFK. Couldn't be happier. So different from Delta T4 at JFK which is a shit show concerning food and Drink availability and crappy seating with no tables or cup holders. This airport makes you appreciate flying.

Easy drop off, easy parking, and easy to catch the bus to town. Everything about this place is mom-and-pop. Locals running the No Name cafe, chummy staff, cops, TSA staff, etc... Small town folks, Big name city, welcome to ITH. The cafe and vending machines only sell Pepsi products. Gross. The cafe food is decent, I had cheeseburger and fries. I was the only traveler mid-afternoon, so everything was hot and fresh, cooked to order. Other perks: free wifi and the Muzak is top notch. And yes, I'm delayed here long enough to appreciate both of those. On a side note, the self-described "facilities manager" is a loud talker with too much time on his hands. His favorite activity is to mill around chatting up the other employees, from the airline counter staff to the custodian, to the cafe owner, "blah blah BLAH BLAH...." shut the yapper already, damn. I really want to give four stars for convenience, but airplane reliability and on time performance here is poor. I've had two out of three flights delayed, both causing missed connections. I suppose that's an airline issue, but it's on you too ITH. Next time I'll fly to Syracuse and rent a car.

A huge shout-out to Lowell, Kristin, Belle, and Schalyne! They're always so friendly and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make every visit enjoyable. They remember my order, never forget my extra pickles, and always make sure I get plenty of their amazing house-made BBQ sauce (seriously, please keep it forever!). I'm especially grateful this was added as a lunch option on campus during the summer when so many other places are closed. It's made finding a reliable, delicious lunch so much easier. Great food, wonderful people, and outstanding service. I highly recommend stopping by for their lunch menu before the summer ends !!

We stayed at the Statler Hotel for work and enjoyed dinner here both nights. Not pictured are all…read morethe appetizers we devoured (crab dip, chicken bites, sweet potato fries, and the fried polenta). I personally wasn't a fan of the fried polenta, but also did not try it with the sauce. The first night I tried their lavender lemonade (non alcoholic), which I thought was good, but fell in with the Lemon Tree cocktail the second night. Both nights I ordered the "burger of the month" which was a pesto burger. I added bacon and asked for a Caesar salad instead of fries. We ordered two of the chicken bites so the group could try both sauces, but since I'm not a fan of spicy, I only tried the honey truffle one and loved it. Our servers were very nice and patient (we were a group of about 10), and if I'm ever back in town, I'll be sure to try some of the other entrees!
