I found out that they often have events like live music and bingo. The large room allowed the class to go on away from the main bar and high top table area. Orders are placed at the bar and the one bartender working had things running smoothly. I ordered a Watermelon Wheaton beer and loaded nachos. I immediately got my beer and got a pager for my food. There were a few regular tables along the perimeter among the high top tables but I chose to sit at the bar. The other patrons were very friendly and included me in their conversation. The beer was crisp and cold. The food came out rather quickly. The nachos were topped with beer cheese, fresh pico de gallo, sour cream, and scallions. There was a very generous amount of sour cream so I didn't have to worry about just eating chips. The bartender kept everyone served and knew what the regulars drank. She checked on me regularly. My only disappointment is that as summer comes to an end I will have to wait until next year to attend the events they have at the brewery.

Olya our sever was fantastic, providing recommendations for NYC and local. The beer was great, we even tried a brown IPA that tasted like chocolate. Flatbread was fresh and delicious! It is relatively "quiet" on a Friday night but the vibe is nice and decoration is neat, very good for a date night out. Ordered crispy wings with Parmesan and garlic flavor, a miss peachy cocktail, a UC draft, main course with street tacos and bunker burger. The miss peach cocktail is so tasty! Loved it. Not sure how much alcohol in it as I could not really taste it - actually worked for me. The crispy wings are not bad too. Nice flavor though a bit greasy. The wing itself has flavors without sauce. My street taco is with beef. The tortillas are toasted, which is a nice touch, the sauce, the salsa and the guacamole are nice and pairing very well with the taco. HOWEVER! The beef is quite SALTY. I could finish most of it by adding the salsa and the Guac but man, it was just too salty. Sir Flower's burger is massive. Two patties stacked with their special French fries, though tried with Guy's smashing technique, it was still too big to handle with "dignity", lol. French fires are interesting, large pieces and give it a unique texture. Overall, it is a nice place to check out. Will go back for the drinks for sure. #thisisutica #cnyrestaurants

So we went. Only thing good was the simulator we booked the VIP. The food was absolutely awful. When in New Hartford I like the local solid spots. Service was extremely slow. I won't blame the servers fault it was just her. I can honestly say I will not go back. I'm actually mad I came to New Hartford and couldn't even get chicken tenders or boneless wings cooked correct. I hate posting these because I support small business. Total waste of money.

That said, a few small things keep it from being a five-star experience. First, I've noticed that drinks are sometimes served in plastic cups. I'm not sure if that's a consistent policy or just on certain nights, but it doesn't match the otherwise professional vibe of a hotel bar. Glassware adds a level of quality that really matters in a setting like this. Second, the Monday half-price chicken wing special being "dine-in only" feels a bit too rigid. I completely understand why the rule exists -- to avoid people ordering massive to-go quantities without ordering drinks or tipping. But if a customer's been at the bar for a couple of hours, ordering multiple rounds and treating staff well, they should be able to take their leftovers home. Once food is paid for, that's simply part of the cost of doing business. This isn't meant as a complaint -- more like constructive feedback. It's a good spot that does a lot right, and with just a few adjustments, it could easily be a five-star favorite.

Walked into a gated open patio area with picnic tables and a small bar. There was a couple of couches with pergolas in the back grass area. On the opposite side of the bar was a window to order food. They did provide menus at the window. Grabbed a drink from the bar and sat down at one of the picnic tables. After a little while we ordered food from the window, didn't really like this concept as you had to get up and order it, pay and then go get it yourself when the beeper went off. Luckily it wasn't busy so our table and drinks were untouched by other patrons. Ordered the Dooley and the turkey BLT, got a choice for a side dish opted for fries and tots. Food didn't take long and was good. After you're done they have a trash can and an empty tray station to return too. No one came to clean the table, no one picked up empty glasses so we put ours on the bar when leaving. Staff was friendly. Cool little spot to pop into for a drink. They had big jenga on some of the tables and cornhole in the back.
