We went during the weekday, and it wasn't busy- I'm sure the rain kept people away. We saw animals, apples, pumpkins, and many great snacks inside to buy. They offered cakes, soups, donuts, cider, and more for purchase. We enjoyed our apple picking and the fresh, juicy apples they sell by the pound. There is still an entrance fee per person, but it is lower during the week than during the weekends.

The Backers were the consummate hosts and made everything easy. Even thought we had torrential rains, we were warm, dry, and cozy, especially with a fire in the wood stove.. Even the lighting was great. Parking was convenient for over eighty attendees, and the location was a huge success. And, will now be an annual event. Thank you Backer Farm!

Came here to grab one and a possible Fresh cut trees ! The reviews were light and there were few…read morepics so I had a plan B. Luckily upon arrival we were greeted and offered assistance. We immediately found several trees we fell in love with and right as I had given up on perfect tree number 2 there it was !!! The team let us know they are family run and appreciated our business. The gave us some tips about our two Fraser firs and the back story of the trees. I was pleased with the over all selection. It was plenty to choose from but not enough to overwhelm. I found EXACTLY what I needed without looking through all the sheds (unsure what you call those big long white things lol) They had beautiful wreaths also, very well put together and fresh. The store was a bit light in that not to much "stuff" which is fine, they had the tree stand we needed so that's all that mattered to us. No petting zoo, hot coco, Santa's, and winter wonderlands but exactly what we needed, close to home and the boys had a great time ! Certainly suggest you check them out.
