I also de-selected the option of package protect because most companies already stand behind the fact that the package will be delivered to your address. I called customer service they do not answer and then eventually I was told to try back and was disconnected. I emailed them and was given the runaround. Quality first here, plus I just like them- they're folksy and charming. The last arrangement I bought lasted a solid 3 weeks! They sell much more than flowers too, (if you're looking for art, gifts or home stuff). Unique Flower Fashions is now my exclusive florist. Call em'up! These arrangements don't look as real as the silk flowers I've seen at other florists, but they're still definitely high quality. The antique furniture here is very ornate and stately, with a focus on china closets and bureaus. You'll also find an assortment of small to medium-sized ephemeral-looking figurines of angels, shepherds, etc. Another specialty of Flower Fashions seems to be paintings, which range from large oils in heavy gold frames to more contemporary watercolors. I found a small oil painting of some Japanese goldfish swimming around that I really liked, but unfortunately it was beyond my budget. Considering how high-end and specialized Flower Fashions is, I expected the staff to lean towards elitist, but they were actually very friendly and helpful.

I'd leave no stars if I could. I placed an online order for flowers for my daughter to be delivered…read moreon 2/813/24. The website did say they deliver to her zip code, and their system took my order - and my money, including a tip for the driver. She didn't receive them that day, so i called the next day to check. Yes, I know Valentine's Day is a busy day for florists, so I was patient when I kept getting a busy signal. I finally go through to someone who gave me a number for the delivery line. I called but it rang back to her. She gave me a different number. Same thing. I tried again and got someone else who said she was "in the back of the house" and that she didn't handle deliveries and that they didn't deliver to that zip code. I pointed out the email confirmation I had received and what their website said. She told me to call one of the other numbers I had already been given. Someone finally answered and said the order (she had asked for the order number on my email confirmation) was not on her table and was probably on the delivery truck with another delivery to the same zip code. My daughter never received the flowers that day, either. I have been trying for nearly two hours today to get through, using the three phone numbers I have for them (from their website and that were given to me by people who answered the phone). Nothing is working. It either takes me through the prompts, puts me on hold, and then hangs up, or is busy. After doing some internet searching, I am finding bad reviews (similar experiences to mine), and different addresses for this business. After scrolling to the bottom of their website, there is a statement of zip codes to which they deliver and the zip code for my daughter's delivery is not listed, even though it is at the top of the page. Either this business is VERY INCOMPETENT or a SCAM! I guess I'm just going to have to write my money off as a learning experience - and the next time I go visit my daughter, actually drive to the business for a followup - if they haven't closed up shop or even exist. Don't waste your money.

Vicki is a local Nashville / Mt. Juliet florist who works out of her home and in doing so saves you hundreds of dollars. She worked with me so that I could have exactly what I wanted on my tiny budget. On top of saving me so much money she brought me extras of everything I ordered. I had ordered 3 orchid buds for my hair and she brought me so many that I ended up putting them in my bridesmaids hair as well. She also brought us a bunch of extra bouts thinking that we may need extras if any got squished from so much hugging. I also saved a lot of money by renting table cloths, candles, etc from her. She has an entire garage (it's very clean i might add) full of things you can rent. She even has a fountain and electric fireplace if you need to add a little "romance" to your location. I simply can not say enough nice things about Vicki. If you are getting married or need florals for an occasion she is a huge blessing straight from heaven.

I started planning my wedding almost a year in advance and the florist was one of the first things I secured. I was working with a wedding planner who said I should use Vicki because she did the flowers for her wedding. On the first visit I showed her several pictures of what I had in mind for my wedding. I did not want the typical floral center pieces. I wanted to have trees with the leaves removed, with orchids and crystals wired in. The base of the trees were to have hydrangea and other flowers around the fabric color boxes. She agreed that this would be no problem. I also hired Vicki to do all of my bouquets and provide the table cloths for my reception because my venue didnt have floor-length table cloths. Over the next few months Vicki rarely returned my emails although she said this was the best way to keep in touch with her. My mother and I kept asking her if she knew what type of trees she was going to use for the centerpieces because we wanted to plant them after the reception. She kept telling us that she was not sure but assured us that they would be like the picture. I should have known that things would not be good when I drove 30 mins to meet her at her house, to pick up the bouquet she was supposed to be making me for my bridal portrait session, and she had forgotten that she was supposed to make it. When I finally got it, it was filled with bruised flowers that we had to hide in the pictures. Fast forward to the day before my wedding. We met Vickie at the reception hall the day before the wedding so that she could put the table cloths on and get things set up for the next day. I am glad I went to look! ALL of the table cloths and chair ties were COVERED in stains. She told me that she hadnt had the table cloths out to look at them until that day so she didnt know they had stains and she would be back later with a bleach pen to get the stains out. Let me tell you, there were not enough bleach pens in the state of Tennessee to get all the stains out of those table cloths. Luckily I was able to borrow some table cloths from another site at the last min. Also I had asked to have chair ties on all of the chairs. I gave Vicki a count well before the deadline she had given me. She only put chair ties on every other chair because she said "I didnt have enough for all of them so I just put them on every other". I had paid to have them on all 200 chairs. At this point i didnt expect anything to be right the next day, I just made up my mind that I would not let it ruin my day. The girls bouquets were not like the picture I had shown her and had some sort of strange balls in them. When we asked her about that she said "well this is what my wholesaler gave me" My bouquet thank God was the only thing she got right. The trees I asked for....haha well they were bushes. The leaves were still attached, and the limbs were not sturdy enough to hold any of the crystals that I had given her to hang on them. If I could upload pictures here and show you I would...its pretty laughable how far off she was. So to sum it up. Vicki makes promises she cant keep. When she makes a mistake she does not apologize but instead gives you an excuse. I say if you have to spend more to get someone good...do it! She was the biggest waste of money.
