TLDR: highly recommend, will only ever give Flower Express my business in the future. You should do the same :) Had a special request for an anniversary surprise & couldn't be happier with the results. Flower Express absolutely nailed the theme & everyone was impressed by the arrangement. Most importantly, my bf loved them so so so much. read more

This is actually for the Hendersonville location. My husband and I love Flower Express. I can't tell you how kind Lindsay and Kelsey are. Not to mention the designs they create are just full of fresh, beautiful flowers even on a walk in visit. I wanted to thank both of these sweet ladies for bringing a smile to my face and whom I am giving them too. read more

when I tell you, this is the worst $110 I've ever spent on two dozen yellow long stem roses!!! I am so embarrassed to even present them to a lady who is retiring after 45 years of service. this breaks my heart. Flowers express in Madison, Tennessee to be ashamed of themselves for even presenting this to a customer.. this should have been free. The lady had the audacity to tell me that she only had white tissue paper to wrap the 24 long stem yellow roses with baby breath and extra greenery so they say. Signed a very disgruntled customer never again will I order from them and you should not either read more

Horrible. Ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral on a Sunday and we showed up and they weren't there. Tried to call, got a voicemail saying nobody available to help until Monday. We did not get a response as to what happened and why these flowers were not delivered to a FUNERAL at the funeral home. This was the "official" flower shop of this particular funeral also. I couldn't image how many flowers are ordered from this company by people who don't actually attend the showings and they get ripped off and also now the family of that particular person thinks they weren't thought of. Absolutely send your business elsewhere if you're looking for a reliable business to take care of you. read more

I spoke with Jadis at Flower Express on September 9 and placed an order for a round standing spray of flowers for delivery to the Nashville National Cemetery on October 4th. I explained to Jadis that the flowers were for a family member that was a huge Tennessee Volunteer fan. I specifically asked for lots of "Tennessee orange" and white chrysanthemums in a round spray with a large white bow in the center. I asked Jadis not use a bunch of roses, carnations and green leaves for filler but to use lots of chrysanthemums. She quoted $207.58 for what I requested. On September 30th I phoned Flower Express to make sure the delivery was still scheduled for October 4. I happened to speak with Jadis again and she remembered our conversation for the Tennessee orange and white chrysanthemum spray with a big white ribbon bow. She confirmed the order was all good but that instead of a round standing spray it would be more oval. All good. The flowers were at the Cemetery on time but looked NOTHING like I requested. The flowers in the spray were pretty but where was the orange and white color salute to the Tennessee Volunteer Fan that I requested??? If my flower selection had been a problem Jadis had the opportunity to tell me during either of our two conversations. Hugely disappointed. P.S. It's all roses and carnations and you will have to look really hard to find the large white bow in the center. read more

I ordered the Vintage Butterfly Bouquet (T21M400C) from their website and I upgraded it to Premium. The flowers that were delivered do not look like the picture on the website.  The flowers are for my aunt who is battling cancer.  Based on the picture on the website, I expected flowers with vibrant and bright colors to brighten her day.  But what was delivered consisted of mostly dull and white color flowers. I am disappointment. read more

Sorry to say....not happy. My husband send me a dozen pink roses for my 60th birthday and they looked beautiful when they arrived.... unfortunately within 3 to 4 days their little heads were drooping and they never opened. I went to Flower Express with the vase that they came in to ask them what they would do, and showed them pictures of the flowers. They said they were sorry they were only guaranteed for 72 hours. Offered me no compensation ....lesson learned. Maybe they should also put on the enclosure card that they are only guaranteed for 72 hours so at least I would have had a heads up and would have gone back in time to get my money back or fresh flowers. read more

Ordered flowers for a birthday and and was extremely disappointed to see what was delivered looked 0% like what was on the website. Paid for an arrangement of lilies, roses and a succulent and what got delivered was mostly carnations and baby's breath. I understand that there has to be a certain amount of leeway for the flowers they have but the elegant arrangement I ordered showed up looking like grocery store flowers. 2 stars only because while the vase was nothing like what I ordered it wasn't a clear glass vase. read more

Wow, is this place a hidden gem. I've used them 3 times now, once for my fiance' when we were dating for flowers (the first time I sent her flowers I used someone else and it was awful, and the LAST time I used someone else because I waited last-second for Valentine's Day and Flower Express was booked for delivery and it was less than great). The second time I used Flower Express I sent an arrangement to my aunt in the hospital and it was fantastic. The most recent time, we used them for a wedding bouquet and it was just beautiful. Beyond gorgeous and more than we were expecting. They have this odd pink/purple a-frame building behind an oil change place and a car dealership. You look at it and immediately think "Do I really want to buy flowers here?" Yes, you do. Then you walk in, small area, not a lot of flowers out, same thought, "Do I really want to buy flowers here?" Yes, you do. Don't let the looks fool you. Behind the facade (which hasn't changed in 30 years by the way, I remember my grandmother buying flowers from here when I was a kid), is an awesome florist! read more

I needed a last minute corsage for an out-of-town baby shower on a Sunday, and was afraid I wouldn't be able to find an open florist on a Sunday. Flower Express saved the day, I was in and out in a few minutes, and the staff were all so friendly to me. Really great people! read more

The worst experience ever!!!! I ordered a $69.99 flower arrangement and what was sent looked as if a 6 month old baby put it together and it only had 3 flowers in the arrangement. They offered to send the flowers again which they did. However, it was not what I had ordered. After, many calls and emails a representative called back but refused to give a refund. The flowers that were sent were an embarrassment to my name and character! The first picture is what I received and the last picture is what I ordered! Just shameful! read more

Whats there to say? They have lots of nice flowers and pretty good prices. I told the lady it was my 10th anniversary and she gave me a discount (well, that and the fact that I bought the misses 5 dozen roses.) read more

This is a great florist. Staff is so nice and very helpful. Beautiful flowers. I order a vase for a friend of mine and she loves them .

A big "Thank You" for fantastic customer service. The flowers my sweetie sent for Valentine's were lovely but began drooping and dying by the end of day 1. Not only did Flowers Express hear our concerns, they sent me another full bouquet. Customer Service does still exist! read more

Ordering flowers for delivery or online or from out of state - BEWARE! I ordered flowers from out of state from Flower Express in Madison,TN to be delivered yesterday, Monday Feb 17th for my moms birthday. I ordered online and paid and received an immediate confirmation and receipt for the order. I then received another confirmation yesterday morning, the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. I found out that the flowers never arrived. I called this morning and received some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I was given numerous excuses saying that their store was too far from the delivery address and they couldn't find another florist to deliver, that I ordered after one of the biggest holidays for a florist and something about other florist "turning off their wire service" after Valentine's Day. I asked why I was not notified that they couldn't deliver them and I was told they left me a message and refunded my money. I explained I never received any message or had any missed calls. I asked to talk to a manager or the owner and was told that "I don't know what else you want from us - we refunded your money". When the owner got on, he started in on all of the excuses and said I should understand because I ordered the Monday after a major florist holiday. He said "what else do you want me to do?" When I said, I would like the flowers delivered, he answered "I told you we already refunded your money" and "we aren't a Walmart, we are just a mom and pop shop and we are doing the best we can". Not once did either of the individuals apologize but seemed to feel like it was my fault for ordering from their store and ordering after Valentines Day. I told them that maybe they shouldn't take online orders that assign their store based on then delivery address I put in when I first started the order. Will NEVER try them again. Buyer beware! read more

Ordered online. Same day, no mishaps and my mommy loved the arrangement!! Will use again

These people are awesome at what they do and sell excellent flowers, I bought my girlfriend a boutique of flowers for our one year anniversary over a week ago and they still look brand new, I explained to Katie (lady working there that day) what my girlfriend likes colorwise and flowerwise and she went in the back and made a new boutique that was perfect. Their prices are better than anybody else in the Nashville area when it comes to quality product! My girlfriend is a happy camper :)! I'll definitely will be back! read more

Our uncle died on a Friday. By the time we got ourselves together to order flowers, most florists we'd done business with in the past were closed and the ones we got couldn't guarantee delivery before the first visitation. I found Flower Express online and called them. We ordered a basket of mixed cut flowers and crossed our fingers, hoping it would turn out OK. We were emailed a receipt and then emailed a confirmation when the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home. When we got there for the first hour of visitation, our arrangement was set up right in the place of honor on a big round table across from the casket, I think because it was so beautiful. We couldn't be any more thrilled about how the flowers turned out and about the delivery of the tribute. The young lady we spoke to on the phone got the order perfect and even all the details of the message for our card attached to the flowers. Her name is Shannon. Folks always complain when things don't go well. I wanted to be sure to praise when praise is due! read more
