FLOWERS WERE LEFT OUTSIDE ON FLOOR NO CALL WAS MADE TO RECIPIENT. NO ONE CALLED. RECIPIENT works from home and has two dogs that bark when someone knocks on door. Dogs did NOT alert to anyone knocking. Apt building is infested with feral/ stray cats and still flowers left on floor. I called Dau at 7 pm cst to ask how she liked the flowers. She had no idea any flowers were delivered until I asked to go outside to check if they were left with someone (maybe a neighbor). THREE hours HAD past by that time. She said they were on floor. TODAYS HIGH in San Antonio was 85. Flowers were wilted and petals were falling off when they were found. Mylar balloons looked like rejects of poor quality and did not coordinate at all w flower arrangement. MY ADVICE...STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. read more

Ordered flowers for a 10am funeral delivery. no flowers when I was sble to call at 1230 they said oh supply issues you should have gotten a call yesterday! No excuse said they were local just sorry you will get a refund! At 3pm - they were due at 10am I got an email saying supply issue!!! No call no request to make a substitute just five hours late. Cancel my order and when I called and someone all they could say was sorry it was a supply issue. read more

This florist purports to be a local florist in Lexington but actually is part of a conglomerate that has NO physical store, but many different website, all pretending to be local florists! I ordered a very expensive premium orchid plant for an important occasion and what was delivered was a much cheaper, one-stem plan! As it was delivered to a church, I was not able to take a photo. I placed an order for an arrangement to be sent to a funeral home. The website advertised same day delivery and I picked an arrangement that said it could be delivered same day. I also was able to select the day of for delivery. I placed my order and shortly after received a text message asking me to call in to provide some more information. I called and gave them the additional information they needed. I did not have an exact service time but knew it would be that afternoon. The man confirmed my order and hung up. About 5 pm I receive an email saying my order had been cancelled and I was being refunded because they did not have the supplies to complete the order. I found this to be extremely unprofessional. As someone who orders and receives flowers often, it's know that you don't always get exactly what you pick out online. I would have preferred they made substitutions to fulfill an order to a friend's family that lost a loved one instead of canceling my order. They clearly had my contact information since they had sent me a text that morning. They could have reached out and let me know they could not fulfill exactly what I had initially requested. It's not about the flowers in that situation, it's about showing that you're thinking of someone in their time of need and that you're there for them when you can't physically be there. You would think a floral company would understand that. read more

Oh gosh, I have just placed an order, hoping to have them delivered same day as they advertise, I placed the order before their cut off time but when I spoke to a guy called Mike to check on the order he was totally dissinterested and said the cut off time had passed. So unhelpful, then I read the reveiews and I see why they have a low rating. I can only hope the flowers when delivered are better than the customer service. If not it's money back for me. I went to the funeral and my flowers were not there, although they had processed my card. When I called them, they said that they did not have a flower delivery truck show up??????? and could not make my order. I could not believe what I was hearing! They said that they had sent me an email the night before notifying me. I received the notification email at 11:00 A.M. SATURDAY MORNING the same time as the funeral.They did finally admit that the email was sent to me Saturday morning at 11. They continued to say lots of ridiculous things, like the flower delivery truck had a flat tire etc. I was scammed and am now dealing with my credit card company. THEY HAD A FAKE SUPPOSED STORE FRONT ADDRESS, BUT WHEN ASKED ABOUT THAT... IT WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. THERE IS NO TELLING HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE ORDERED FLOWERS FROM THEM THAT THEY THOUGHT WERE DELIVERED, BUT FLOWERS WERE NEVER RECEIVED...
