I quite liked this place. I was visiting the area from out of town and someone recommended this place, particularly the steaks, and since it was near my hotel, I decided to give it a go. I really liked that they have this big drop down screen that converts the bar area into a sort of covered patio area that lets the breeze in while the fans do their thing. It turns this sports vibe type place into a more at home type backyard bbq with friends type feel. I really liked that. It felt like a tgifridays at first but the patio-ish area makes it stand out from other chains like that. Maybe it was the fact that I had been traveling all day and had barely eaten, or that I had a killer blood-sugar dropping headache, but I thought the food was killer. I ordered the steak and dozen fried shrimp combo which came with 20 shrimp. Awesome! I ordered the broccoli and mashed potatoes with gravy and everything was awesome. I loved the butter on the steak, made everything just taste rich and delicious because you had better believe I do not cook with that much butter at my house. But for a special treat while traveling, it was delicious. The shrimp were perfectly fried and some of them were rubbing up against the butter so thy were delicious too. I ate them first so they didn't have time to get soggy. The mashed potatoes were red potatoes with just the perfect amount of skin still on and chunks still in it and I loved the gravy. And the broccoli was also delicious, also cooked with butter and not just boring and bland. Definitely not the healthiest of meals considering, but not the worst option either. Definitely couldn't eat here all the time without my waist complaining, but I was very happy and so was my belly and head. The service was pretty nice too, the people were all lovely. I will definitely be back when I have been really good and deserve a cheat day, there is a ton more stuff on the menu I want to try. read more

We went to Miller's Alehouse on a Sunday, getting in there just before the church crowd got out of session and flooded the place. We hadn't been to this one before, as it has just recently opened, so figured it would be nice to give it a shot. We were seated quickly, with an overlook of the neighboring church which was kind of fun as we got to watch them all flood out after their session was done. The interior is just the same as every other Miller's you may have been to, as well as pretty much every sports bar in existence. Our orders were taken. I went for the fish and chips, while my mom went for the smaller burger. She also had a beer, which she really enjoyed. The burger was larger than she expected, but the price point for it was very reasonable, and she has actually since been back for it again. She only eats half of it, and the other half is taken home for the next evening's meal, so it really becomes economical for her. My fish and chips was also a large order... you get some pretty decent sized fillets with the order. The fries are just what you would expect, of course. Not bad, but also somewhat generic. In the end, we enjoyed our time and we will be back. read more

It took us a few months to finally visit. We had a Miller's Ale House where we used to live, so it had been about 10 years since we'd been to one. There was about a 30-minute wait on a Friday night, but the food was worth it. My husband ordered the steak and shrimp, and I got the Zingers--both were great. They have excellent drink specials and all the classic bar food options like wings, fries, and chicken tenders--something to make everyone happy. The service was wonderful. My wife and I tried out Miller's Ale House on Hwy 200 after her haircut and after this new location has been open for a while, hoping all the kinks from new opening would be worked out. This is my first time in a Miller's Ale House and my wife's second time. We came for a late lunch so the place wasn't too crowded. We perused the menu and my wife opted for the meat loaf and, after asking our server, I chose the pork osso buco. My wife, who ordered and liked their fish and chips from a previous visit, liked the meat loaf. The pork osso buco was well prepared, flavorful and fall off the bone tender. Serving portions were quite generous that we took home leftovers. We both liked our dishes and thought the menu felt like elevated bar food. Service was a bit uneven...had to flag down a server for drink refills. Ambience was fitting and we felt the value was there. We will be back. read more

All I can say is Wow!!! Now I know when I go by this place I'd always packed!! The service was great and the inside is spacious and really nice. Plenty of TV's to see sports.. our waitress was Deja and she was very good and attentive as were the other servers. This is an A1 place and the food was very very good. On my 4th visit I was terribly disappointed. We sat at the bar to catch up on scores, ordered drinks and then my daughter ordered a French dip and I a lobster roll. I was apprehensive that the lobster roll was on a sub roll, as a Yankee, I know it belongs on a top sliced hotdog roll! When it came my concerns were proven correct! There was a thin spread of salad, I pushed it down the roll so there would be an almost acceptable ratio to the bread and cut off the over 1/3 of the roll. I will admit, it was delicious, however at that point I knew I would never get it again for lack of the filling. Awhile later a couple sits down next to us and he orders a lobster roll. Went to Soft Opening tonight with a friend. It was really good. Cheese fries obviously didn't last long! It was a huge plate full. BBQ ribs sauce has a slight kick to it and the meat just fell off the bone! My friend said the coleslaw was really good. I ordered the Canjun Pasta with Chicken. It was a bit too spicy for me personally, but I'm a wimp. Other than that personal preference, it was really good. Chicken was flavorful and NOT dry! Staff was very nice! Great location and food, the perfect amount of food. The service can be a little rough depending on how busy or how late it is.

Food wasn't bad for a chain and prices were relatively reasonable. The huge plus was our server, Luis. What an incredible young man. Took incredible care of us - was attentive and did his job exceptionally well. He was funny, charming, efficient and knowledgeable on the menu. Just refreshing to see such fantastic service and I hope he gets the recognition he so richly deserves. I'd come back and would recommend that if you visit, ask if Luis is working and try to sit in his section. Just a fantastic hard working young man and made what could've been a normal chain restaurant boring experience into a pleasant lunch. read more

My husband and I visited the location in Ocala on 12/27/25 at 4:00 p.m. Taking into consideration that it would be a bit busy after the holiday, not a problem. While waiting for our seat I checked out the menu. Not really impressed by the variety. Prices seemed a bit high. REALLY not impressed with the fact that the picture of the burger showed a PREMADE hamburger and not a handmade burger. Waited about 15-20 minutes for a seat. Got seated, and there we sat and sat and sat. Servers walking back and forth. No one said, "I'll be with you in a minute", "can I get you a drink while you wait", not a single acknowledgement in the 15 minutes we sat at the table. Our money spends anywhere. We got up and left. Had dinner Thursday the 29th, ordered two Pacifico beers and a margarita, waiter Sergio said they were out of the beers. Bill came and was over charged for margarita and still charged for the beers. No refund has Ben issued to date. Response from mgr. Colin has been very poor. read more

The fish batter was at least twice as thick as the fish and was not fully cooked. The service was okay and atmosphere like most sports bars. Food is good (Franchise food) waiters and waitresses are lovely. management is obviously brand new and have a lot of learning to do. Husband was rudely brushed to the side and basically lied to about a situation that could have easily been handled (He was furious in the car home) They seem to get overwhelmed and only care about getting new butts in the seats as fast as possible. We hope the best for this place but right now i can't decide if it's really worth the drive past Cody's. If you're closer to the ale house on 17th just enjoy what isn't broken until they fix the management here. read more
