worst place I have ever been to. we walked in and the staff was too busy partying with some patrons to seat us, she finally came up to us after standing there for 5 minutes and rolled her eyes at us. Food was horrible and cold, when I asked for a new glass our waitress got upset. I approached the bar to ask if they can turn on the ufc fight and she was talking to a coworker, (not about work) and she said yeah in a min. Hubby and I stopped after golf this evening - around 7:00. Love this place BUT when did it start that bar seats are reserved? We're bar rats and there were 2 stools turned up with glasses of water and menus at these spots. Our money is as good as anybody else's and spend quite a bit when we're there. So if nobody's sitting there - at least one of the people at this spot - they should be open to anybody! So we sat at a booth where we couldn't hear each other talk at all with all the other conversations around us. If it was trivia night, we also noticed all the WATER at some of these customer tables. So this is a mixed review. Maybe, I would come back. This has a typical bar and grill look. I had the Grouper Rueben. It was wonderful! BUT, it was a small-ish looking sandwich and needed more sauerkraut and 1000 island sauce. There were 2 thin slices of pickles, which were a joke to see it being so skimpy. At least use some wedges please. My wife has to follow gluten free eating as she has Celiac. She wanted something light, so thought the soup, chili and another side would be good. Due to the chili not being GF, she only had a side of the potato salad. I also had that as my side and to me it was not very tasty. Went in to watch basketball game and have a few beers. Ended up ordering the Friday special Grouper basket. Delicious!!!! Service was great. Didn't have to wait for another beer. Love the atmosphere. Relaxed - fun!!! It was so good we've been back several times and we live an hour away. read more

Sign said wait to be seated so I waited & waited.  Finally the woman cleaning off tables reluctantly sat me (plenty of empty  tables). My server was taking the order at the next table. She then dissapeared in the back.  So, again I waited & waited.  Finally, the woman that sat me came over to take my drink order, she said my server will be awhile... I ordered the Grouper Sandwich,  it was served on a hamburger bun.  Instead of one piece of fish, it was broken up into small pieces that kept falling out each time I tried to take a bite,  frustrating. we went here and the food was very mediocre and the employees right in front of the restaurant were putting together the utensils with napkins with dirty hands touching all aspects of the silverware. When we pointed this out to one of the other employees she never said a word and made the others move from where they were at so they wouldn't be seen. Really ??? Like I want to eat there now. 4 for lunch on a Sunday. Was not busy. We were seated right away. Food came without much of a wait. I had the Italian sub with fries. It was tasty and warm albeit small. What a wonderful place!!!! Greeted by Phillip, the manager, with a smile and a great energy! He recommended a hazy IPA that was delicious. He recommended the wing sauce that is their signature sauce. I love this place. The fish Ruben is my favorite. It's awesome and never disappoints. However, I decided to try a cheeseburger and the burger part of it did not disappoint, but the bun was awful. It tasted like a cheap bun from the dollar store. It fell apart. The texture was all wrong and the taste was so bland that I ended up removing the burger from the bun. Also, the coke w/ grenadine tastes weird. I like cherry coke, so I usually order this wherever I go. The grenadine at this place is just off. The fried mushrooms are awesome with this great sauce that they serve. Great fries, too. They looked good and tasted great! Thanks for awesome service Resa. You and your team do such a great job. Went for lunch today and ordered the Gator Bites, Grouper Reuben, and Mahi Sandwich. The neighbors who joined us has the Classic Reuben and the Chicken Caesar wrap. Everything was fresh fast and prepared perfectly. The portion sizes are a bit small on the appetizer they looked more like Gator scraps than nuggets. I feel I'm being generous with a 3 star. The vibe was weird. Not very friendly. Came off as a locals place. I only got appetizers ( loaded nachos, hater bites and chile). None wowed me. The chile was almost can like. I'm a big customer service kinda person. If you can't smile and be a friendly bartender or waitress while you're taking my money, then this jobs not for you.
