We worked with Mark to place that order and he was very helpful and efficient in taking care of us. While we were talking to him, Marty, the owner, started talking to us as well. He was genuinely concerned for us and trying to find an immediate solution so we wouldn't lose all of our frozen food over the weekend. He contacted the Allison Park store and found that they had a smaller size freezer in stock that he offered to us as a loaner for the weekend if we could pick up it up from that store. Never have I worked with an appliance store that cared so much and was willing go to that extreme to help. We saved our frozen goods by getting the loaner and then we returned it when we got our new freezer on Monday. The new freezer is so nice and big and bright. I can only hope it last as long as its predecessor that we purchased at Daniel's 23 years prior.
