Not to bash them, but it often feels like their staff are not interested in helping me, and I just can never seem to find what I need without googling the item first and locating it myself. I dread going in there. ANYWAY... I recently discovered that I live in quick driving distance from this Ace Hardware location. I was in desperate need of shelf pins for my kitchen cabinets- specially the 1/4 " size. I had looked everywhere for them- Lowe's and Home Depot, multiple locations for both. I even ordered some off of Amazon and the wrong size was sent to me. When I discovered this Ace Hardware, I called them first to ensure they had the size shelf pins I was looking for. To my delight, they answered the phone right away and let me know they had the size I was looking for in stock. I made the short drive there and found exactly what I was looking for and more. I have been to this location 3x since then. Every time I have been greeted with a friendly smile by one of their employees. Honestly, this place is like a breath of fresh air. I am so relieved to have found it and feel so lucky they are so close to my new home. I am a rewards member now and look forward to visiting many, many more times. Who knows! Given the oppressive nature of Home Depot and its depressed and unhelpful employees and inability to find most anything there, my expectations weren't high. However, and having made the foolish mistake of going on busy Sunday afternoon, I found parking easily, also found the items I was looking for easily enough - I did ask for help, and the dude was really pleasant - he wasn't 100% sure, but did come back to check on me in line, which was a real surprise. Used self checkout, and got out of the store without and grief, despite the throngs inside. My only complaint would that the displays are a bit too "busy", which is overwhelming, but otherwise, well done.

This store location has a lot going on in that parking lot and the Home Depot is back in the corner.We ended up eating at the Chick-fil-a in the same overall location but there were many options available. However, I noticed that the only public review was a single star review, and it was NOT good! I opened the review and saw that the reviewer felt that he was treated very poorly, as a result, and myself being new to vaping (with more questions than answers), I decided to stay away, in order to avoid possible ridicule and embarrassment from my lack of knowledge and overabundance of questions. Several weeks went by and I still hadn't found a store. So, since I was in the neighborhood, I bit the bullet and went in to seek help for an issue that I was having with an existing setup of mine. As soon as I walked in, I heard a very friendly "Hello, my name is Alex, how can I help you?" I shook Alex's hand and explained my setup problem and asked him if he could take a look and see the problem, and/or make some recommendations on how to get it right. He took the time to provide me with a very customized experience. I explained that I was new to vaping, and what my needs from it were, as well as what I was looking for. He took a look at my device, figured out what the problem was. Asked me what kind of action I wanted to take (which was to replace my atomizer), and, so as to not blackball me into an item that was beyond my price range and my needs, he made sure to ask me what I was comfortable spending and he found the perfect device for me; In fact, I like it better than my original one! He made sure it fit my battery, and made sure that it fired right and fit well on my existing battery. I happened to have my own eJuice (I vape CBD oil) with me, and he even showed me how to fill the new item that I purchased. This place was soooooo far in the polar opposite direction of what was described by that single-star-review that I can't even begin to explain it! I'm not saying that the Single-Star-Reviewer was being less than honest, but perhaps there were some extenuating circumstances that led to the events that had transpired during his experience? MY experience was so positive that they now have a customer for life and I highly recommend their shop to anyone that asks and/or will listen. PROS: Very helpful staff (Alex); Friendly atmosphere (it appears that you're welcome to just hang out, if you feel like it); Pricing is moderate; They make their own eJuice, customizable and on the spot, in the shop. CONS: They do NOT carry CBD oil/eJuice and I very much wish that they would! I can't get my stuff anywhere locally, I've only found it online and it takes forever to arrive. So many shops seem to have vacated the premises.
