Jason should be recognized for standing out. I own two vehicles that weren't sold new in the United States and basically are not supported by any auto parts stores (or even Rock Auto!). The parts nearly always have be to ordered from the UK and take weeks to receive. On two separate occasions, Jason was able to cross reference the parts and find them in the O'Reilly system. I got the parts in one day or less, not weeks. From experience, I can say, no other auto parts person would have either been able to do this or would have taken the time. Auto parts stores once went the extra mile, but not so much anymore. I've been driving for over 50 years and own 10 cars, so I've seen it all. It's a great store and it's convenient to my home. Jason is exceptional!

But Gabriel and Keenan made it literally so easy! We went from test drive to leaving with the vehicle in two hours. The vehicle is exactly what we wanted and we've have had it for a week now and love it! And yesterday we received coffee mugs and fresh cookies in the mail. Lovely touch and we appreciate it! Volkswagen Duluth focuses on customer service, and doesn't act like they are doing you a favor by helping you buy a car. We as consumers have the choice to take our business anywhere we want, and my husband and I definitely recommend Gabriel and Keenan at Volkswagen Duluth.

We traded in our previous vehicle, but the title was still at our families home in Michigan. Keenan told me that this wasn't a problem and that once I returned to Michigan, I could simply mail the title to the dealership. Based on that conversation, I believed everything was taken care of. I was surprised when he later called and told me that I now needed to sign a power of attorney because the dealership had already sold my trade-in before receiving the title. This was never mentioned during the purchase process. If selling the vehicle before receiving the title would require additional paperwork or legal authorization, that should have been explained from the beginning. Buying a vehicle is a significant purchase, and customers deserve clear and transparent communication throughout the entire process. My frustration isn't with having to sign the paperwork--it's that the need for it only came up after the dealership had already sold my vehicle. More transparency upfront would have gone a long way toward building trust and avoiding unnecessary frustration.
