After getting my oil changed and alignment at another competing shop, I was told my cabin air filter, right CV axle, and battery, with 76% CCA remaining, needed to be replaced. I called four shops to get quotes for replacing the right CV axle. All of them came in within about 10-20% of each other, except Immaculate. I spoke with Bill at Immaculate, and he quickly provided an exact quote for the right CV axle, which came in at 60% lower than the quoted price from the other shops. He also advised me not to replace the battery, but to get it checked closer to winter. After shopping around, I called Bill back to get a quote using OEM parts, and he happily provided it. This all occurred on Friday, July 3rd, between 2:30 and 4:00 p.m. He also told me he could get my car scheduled for Tuesday. I thought it over the weekend and called Bill on Monday to schedule it for Wednesday. When I brought the car in, I asked them to check and quote several other items in addition to replacing the right CV axle, including two windshield wipers, two tires with mounting, balancing, and rotation, the engine air filter, cabin air filter, and a transmission drain and fill. I made several calls to Bill regarding different tire brands, tire warranties, and other options, and he happily helped every time. He always provided accurate quotes, and if he didn't have an answer, he would find out and call me back. Everything was completed the same day, and Bill brought the total price down to less than the cost of just replacing the CV axle at three other shops. I also had the chance to interact with KC, who happily answered my calls and questions when Bill wasn't available and even performed the tire rotation himself. As someone who grew up in the car business, I've never had a better experience with a service center than this. The combination of honesty, communication, service, pricing, and workmanship is outstanding. I would recommend Immaculate to anybody, including friends and family, without hesitation. I'm also posting this review six weeks later to say that not a single thing has been wrong with my vehicle. It drives like a dream. That said, aside from the length of time, we had a pretty great experience with the team at Utah Used Cars. Matt knew about 80% of the questions we had on the car, and was honest about what he knew and didn't - and when he didn't, he looked it up with us online so we had the same information he did. Straightforward pricing, with great options for warranty and protection. Upfront about repairing the issues with the PPI (we had a minor issue with a strut) and had a work order drawn up since it was well after close when we concluded. Fantastic service from start to finish - from the sales team (Matt mostly, but Lee on the phone, and Helen with the financing), very easy process. This is the 8th car I've bought in my life, since I tend to wear them down for years or until they die. In all that time, the only easier person to buy from was my mom when I was 16. -1 star for not making me some food after purchase like mom did. If you're looking for the haggle game, go to a bigger dealership. Haggle away... to get the same prices we did in 30 seconds of internet searches. If you're looking for the "free air freshener and tank of gas!" by paying $1500 more than you should, go talk to the big guys. While completing the paperwork, the Finance Manager, Marco, added an Auto Theft Recovery product ($400) to the contract without mentioning that it was optional, or even mentioning it at all. I didn't notice until I was at my bank getting the check. I then had to contact the dealership to have the contract redone. The first revised contract they sent was incorrect, so I had to wait again for another corrected and signed version. The entire process added about two hours at the bank over a charge that should have been clearly disclosed from the beginning. Overall, the buying experience was good until the financing stage. My advice is to carefully review every line of the contract before signing, especially any optional products that they will unfortunately try to throw on there.
