Let me tell you a story about a young woman who went to buy a vehicle from this dealership. She found a Tacoma she loved after test driving several ones. So, she bought the one from. After a couple of months, she went to get an oil change. Her honest mechanic (yeah, there are still some out there) surprised her with some disturbing news. He told her her car appears to be totaled. At least given the condition it should be, he said. The under carriage was completely rusted out and the gasoline tank was hanging by a thread. He said it could fall off anytime and cause a potential disaster. So, she called the dealer (since she hadn't even received a title or plates yet) and at first he didn't want to mess with it. After threatening to get a lawyer involved, he said she could come back and trade it back in for a car on his lot and use the value she paid toward the purchase. She found another Tacoma. This time she drove it to her faithful mechanic. Again -- completely rusted. He told her he suspected this dealer gets his cars from states that experienced hurricanes. So, she then brought over her RAV4 and he gave it a thumbs up. After three tries she found a vehicle -- more expensive than she expected and not the vehicle of her choice, but she was offered limited options. Let me add her license plates came four. months later and the title came nearly six months later. The business practices at this dealership seem to me to be a little suspect. We are grateful the dealer did let her come and find one of the few vehicles worth to buy on his lot. However, my word of advice is to get any vehicle you intend to buy from this dealer inspected by a mechanic. And if you need an honest mechanic, I suggest Carter's in Pleasant Grove. read more

LEMONS! I would argue that 90% of the vehicles on this lot are rotted and rusted. They buy all of their cars from the east coast where they have been in floods and have rusted. I walked around the whole lot and only found a handful of cars that their wheels weren't rotted and their engines didn't have salt water remains all over. The wheels are covered up by cheap spray paint to try to hide the rust. Do your research and hopefully I can help anyone else from being scammed from this dealership. Run far away! read more

We bought a lemon. They did not do a certified inspection of the vehicle. Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They claimed us driving it after putting minimal mileage on the vehicle the repairs were all standard maintenance issues. We have had the car for 3 months and half of the time it's been in the shop. We spent $3900.00 replacing the turbo and just got another list of issues from the mechanic for $3,698.22. This is NOT maintenance and a car from a dealership with an inspection should NOT have the issues. read more

Chad does not disappoint when it comes to living up to the use car salesman stigma. Deception, misleading and outright theave come to mind when I think of my experience with him. I do not recommend doing any dealing with this guy or I anticipate you deeply regretting it. read more

I don't know how these crooks are still in business. I also bought a rusted vehicle from these losers and have been dumping in coin after coin since. Just remember, when they are selling "as is" it means it has problems and they aren't going to tell you. read more

(WARNING SCAM ARTISTS) (WARNING SCAM ARTISTS) I rate this guys 5 stars for how good they are at scamming people. Their whole business model is based on buying cheap cars from the east (MA, NY, etc.) with substantial/ critical rust damage on their frame (they usually paint on it just to hide it as well). Normally in other states the law enforces to have a safety inspection in order to have a vehicle registered but Utah removed that law January 2018 which is why they're able to do business in the first place. Now because they buy it that cheap you look a their cars on ksl or cargurus and it all seems like they have great deals but the truth is their cars are junk/ lemons. My personal experience is I bought a 4Runner and immediately had problems with it out of the door even though I brought it in to a certified Honda Shop to get it inspected (They probably work together). They agreed on paying for the repairs which was basically welding things on the frame that were lose because of rust. Two months after I had significant damage due to rust on the frame which made my brake cables to cut and lose all my brake fluid which made it impossible for me to brake. Luckily I wasn't on a highway but I could be involved in a pretty bad accident otherwise. When I send them the pictures of all the damage they never replied back. I had to cost all the expenses myself. They seem like nice guys in the beginning and made me trust him specially because I understood Mormons had good values. But it's the complete opposite, no values at all and no interest on their clients safety. The guy who never replied back and sold me the car is Kody Hensley. read more

We stopped by Millenium to test drive a few cars they had on the lot. Thomas was very professional, yet gave us space so we didn't feel overwhelmed. They have you fill out a basic online form and hand you keys to which ever cars you want to try out. They let you test drive alone too...huge bonus as it's nice to really check out the vehicles and not feel Pressured because a staff member is in the car with you. read more

Not the greatest car buying experience I've had. Friendly service until you sign that final signature then you're forgotten. Felt very rushed and once you they got their sale you were on your own. Definitely wouldn't buy from here again. read more

Customer service was terrible!! Went in there with my husband and nine month baby looking to do a trade with our 2014 Subaru for their older CRV, the CRV was in bad shape, stains all over the interior and made a clicking noise when the car went over 30mph, and didn't look anything like the picture on their website. Salesman Chad asked us what we wanted to do after the test drive, we told him a trade and he lost all interest in working with us. He literally left us hanging in the office while he went and worked with a young girl wanting to test drive a Honda Civic. I was floored. Will NEVER go there and will NEVER recommend buying a vehicle from them. read more

This used-cars dealership should be avoided. The car I ended up purchasing was a lemon. Turned out that it was even unsafe to even test-drive the car. So they put me in harms way. They have their own mechanic so they might touch it up so it will look ok at first and then in falls apart after you buy it. So many hidden mechanical problems were later discovered by the new-car dealer when the check-engine light came on. Also Millenium did not start with processing the out-of state title until 4 weeks after I purchased the car. Very shady. read more

Do not go here to buy a car!! If you deposit $200 to lock in a car and change your mind, they will not give you your money back! Complete rip off! Worst customer service at a car dealership we've ever seen. It's a dark, cold, snowy night. We walked in and asked to test drive a car. The guy handed my wife the keys and told her it was out at the end of the lot. I was busy taking my child to the bathroom and didn't realize she ran out to get it. She comes running back in because it was not where they told her it was. So they stood at the door and beeped the car. It was out on the other end of the lot so they handed her the keys back and said, "oh, it's out there". She ran out again and pulled the car up. They were too lazy to help my wife when it was dark and snowing outside. When I realized what had just happened, we left the car parked where it was and told them we weren't interested. Didn't even test drive it. Guess they didn't really need to sell a car tonight. read more

Thanks Lindsey, Chad and Jim! I love my Ford Edge! This place is great. I searched several dealer sites and car buying apps and found a great deal on the car I wanted at Millenium Auto. This place was very professional and helpful with getting my new vehicle. I normally get a lot of anxiety going to a dealership for cars because I always feel like there's some hell ripping me off. Parker was great to work with. The process was smooth and easy. If you're looking for a vehicle, give these guys a chance!! Thanks Parker!

I bought a truck from Chad a couple months ago that he had transported from New York. The truck had extreme rust but he kept it for an extra two weeks to "repair" the rust. They simply just painted over the rust to hide it. I also purchased the top tier extended warranty for an additional $2000, and due to the rust, not a single thing has been covered. Less than 6 month after purchasing the truck, I decided to get the warranty pro-rated but Chad would not respond to a single text or phone call from me. Once I got ahold of another staff member, I filled out the warranty cancelation document and it took at least another month before I received a check for $1400. Don't let these guys rip you off. Read all of the reviews, and buy with EXTREME caution. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I purchased a 2011 4 runner shortly after buying the car I started to have Transmission Issues... Skip to the fun part Im $5,000 extra in debt due to having to replace the whole transmission on my car. This lot sells Lemons. I reached out to Parker and Chad to discuss the problem and Parkers words were "sorry things happen" Yes things do happen parker but a whole new transmission on a lower mileage 4 runner does not just happen. I spoke to 3 different Toyota dealers and they expressed this does NOT happen and in there 15-30+ years of experience have never heard of a Toyota have to have its transmission replaced so soon. I was told the wrong fluid was poured into my car. I don't know if this is the works of millenniums mechanics or who they buy the lemons from. ALL I DO KNOW IS this is poor business, The customer service is awful. I paid $20k+ to have a car that is now UNSAFE AND UNDRIVEABLE to have Parker and Chad tell me " sorry you should have bought a warranty". I didn't purchase a car from them to be even more debt , They sell the cars for cheap knowing they have issues. I would NEVER recommended purchasing a car from them. STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE. I will be contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU in Hope I can shut them down. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL... Millenium Auto Network - Used Car Dealers Near Me - Draper, Utah

Bought 2009 4Runner from them recently and the moment I drove it off the lot the car started to rumble and the engine light turned on. I took it back to them and over the span of 2 or 3 weeks they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and basically said good luck and goodbye. I took it to two other mechanics and both said it needs a new transmission. I should've gotten the warranty Millennium offered, but it's still pretty crappy service that they wouldn't be honest and take care of the issue after minute of driving it off the lot. Worst experience I've ever had buying a car. I'm a college student and now I'm stuck with this broken car with an expensive repair. read more

I purchased a vehicle from these guys. This vehicle came from New York. It was a horrible vehicle, it had been repaired with very shoddy workman ship. I would use caution when purchasing cars from these guys read more

Walked in today cash in hand to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They could care less that we walked in, and no help or personal service at all. Can't believe this place is still in business. My experience was from a while ago before Utah dropped safety inspections. I bought a two year old Tundra lease return with 26K miles. The catalytic converters had been stolen from the Millenium lot, not their fault. BUT, they were replaced with cheapo aftermarket ones sloppily welded in. Got a CEL for catalyst efficiency three days after taking the truck home. Would not pass emissions due to this. This began a six month ordeal with Millenium ignoring me, berating me, replacing the cats multiple times with cheap ones that didn't work, and dealing with multiple exhaust leaks from their shoddy work. Finally had to remind them about federal emissions laws and got them to split the difference with me for repair at the dealer. I was out $1600 but reading some of these reviews, I got off easy. Glad I was persistent and I'm surprised it went as well as it did for me. Now Utah doesn't require safety inspections and it sounds like things have only gotten worse over there. Avoid at all costs. read more

I bought a Suburban from these guys only to find out they had PAINTED the leather seats to make them look better and also spray painted the under carriage to hide that it was all rusted out. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do. I could trade it back in but only for a fraction of what I paid. Shortly after having it the check engine light came on and has weird electrical problems. I've only had it 4 months and it doesn't run anymore. Buy a car from a reputable dealer not these guys. read more

Ok here's the deal... the actual sales people were fine. No real complaints there. My problem is with the total piece of shit van they sold me. I bought a 2007 Honda oddeysey about 3 years ago. I've had nothing but problems since the second I drove it off the lot. I took it back once because it wouldn't start, they took care if that. But I have since put in almost $4,000 in repairs in this van. I regret buying from these guys every single day. They clearly don't give a shit about the condition of the cars we sell. Just get it in, clean it up and sell it to some jackass. Oh and I bought the warranty which conveniently enough hasn't covered one single repair I've needed. These guys suck, I hope they go out of business read more

Pros: No Haggle Pricing (which is also a con) Cons: So-So customer service, High Prices Without an appointment, I went in to drive a Honda Civic. The sales guy just got my name, phone number and handed me they keys. I drove it around for 20 minutes, tried everything out and came back. He gave me an out the door price. Their fees were pretty reasonable - doc, registration, license, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary. He didn't seem interested if I wanted the car or not. Since I wasn't, he said thanks and went back to work. Didn't try to sell me anything else. The prices are on the high side. I didn't do any negotiating, but it appears that they wouldn't budge. If you find something that looks really good and the price is right, you might want to consider them. Definitely shop around. In three weeks, I went to 10 places that sell cars. Keep an eye on their web site, but that's about all I would do. read more

Admittedly, they are easy to work with and let you test drive and come back again. You don't feel pressured. However, the gas was empty, which I indicated twice and they said they would fill it. Once the mechanic, Armando, said he did, but it couldn't have been more than a couple of ounces if anything. We gave them extra time to prep and detail the car, but it was filthy under the back seats, they wouldn't give a copy of the Carfax, but only read a couple of items referring to ownership. Armando never fixed the glovebox which had fallen down, rather in shot a metal screw into rubberized plastic which totally did not hold. There were two lug bolts missing, but they did replace them with some old, semi-rusty ones. The fog lamp didn't work and they never fixed it but said they would order one in. Never did. The sale process was easy, even though with hadn't had a chance to establish a rapport with this guy yet. The sales force seems ADD and disconnected, like they don't want to get too close. Of course the sale for a ridiculously high priced warranty was offered, but they accepted my rejection. The amazing thing is may license plates came in the mail 7 days later! So some things they do are efficient, but repairs or detailing is really abysmal. You want to drive away with a good used car that looks and feels new. read more

This dealership took such good care of us. There was no pressure to buy, the test driving truly is hassle free, very clean facility and free beverages ( ;) always a plus). We did a trade in and it was seamless. We filled out paperwork, went back to work and they called us with an approval. We did have to go back to sign a few more documents but that wasn't a huge deal. My husband and I have bought 2 Hondas from this dealer and we have only had positive experiences with them. Highly recommended!! We have always been well taken care of by their staff and especially Lindsey who has been great to work with our needs and help us in any way. Not to mention their prices on vehicles are great!!! read more

If you are out of state and buy a car from Millenium. Make sure that they send your paperwork to the state/county DMV that the vehicle will be licensed in. Have now spent 1.5 hours at DMV to get a temporary tag plus the cost of the tag and still have nothing after 8 weeks...spent another 1.3 hours on the phone today with lender and County DMV to get all of the paperwork. Paul is title department at Millenium...First time I called him he was mountain biking and would get back to me later. I had to follow up the next day since I had no returned phone call. We thought we were buying a 2013 Honda Odyssey with a clean title and clean car fax/auto check. Come to find out these sales guys sold us a van that has clearly been hit hard from behind. I researched and read about a scam where dealers are buying fleet/rental vehicles that have been in accidents. The rental agencies are selling the vehicles to the dealers before the repairs are made. The dealers are then fixing the vehicle just enough to make the consumer think it is a good deal. This is a scam used to avoid the vehicle getting a salvaged title. The best part is they price the vehicle as if it truly is a clean title vehicle. I would NEVER recommend anyone doing business with them! read more

Between me and all of my extended network of friends and family, I would wager that we have purchased over 100 cars collectively from Millenium. Ben, Travis, Chad, Dennis, Lindsy, Bruce, Jason, Jimmy and all of the others who have worked there along the way have treated us like family. They don't hide any previous repairs that have been done, nor do they want to keep cars in inventory very long. Called again to see if the car was ready and he didn't know...I asked when it would be done at the dealer he said he would find out. Called again later that day to see when it would be done, he said that it wasn't done they are waiting on a part.
