She went back to see what they could do and she was told that it was her fault for "being to rough with them and exposing them to the heat and cold". I've been wearing glasses for most of my life and I have never had lenses crack at all. Blaming it on the elements instead of admitting that they made a bad pair of lenses is not a good look. My grandma also had an appointment here and they didn't dilate her eyes. A few weeks ago she went to another eye doctor because she was having difficulties with one of her eyes. Turns out she has cataracts in both eyes that could have been addressed months prior instead of finding out half a year later. Do not go here if you are expecting quality glasses or if you are worried about your eyesight.

Wheelchairs should fit around in here, but they may need to move chairs and items to make it happen. It's located inside of the Target, right off the protein supplement shelves, so it's like REALLY right inside the store. You can easily shop at Target right afterwards if you need to pick something up. Eyeglasses selection isn't as big as you'd find in most optical places, but they have quite a few big-name brands. (Those brands are pricey too). They have a few Target brands that are more affordable. Doctor was extremely friendly, and they have some cool optometry tech that really streamlined the appointment. I got in and out, fast, at a reasonable cost. Nobody pressured me into buying anything, and they were happy to provide info about eyeglasses and what my insurance would cover when I asked. Bonus: they have a texting line for questions and communication. Love that over making a phone call!

At urgent care they just told me I had pink eye which I knew was completely wrong, and so I reached out to shamrock. They squeezed me in immediately and actually looked at my eye, took pressures, everything. I saw Dr Delmore and she was just so empathetic and thorough, and gave me the correct diagnosis and medication. She 100% will be my go-to from now on. I had only come here once before for an eye exam which was also great, but I appreciate the peace of mind knowing where to go if I have any other eye issues. I also do order glasses and contacts here, which has also been a great experience.
