This is my go to spot after having pho next door. I've never had a drink I did not like here. The large size is 32 ounces. Last time I ordered a large and didn't realize how big it was. My favorite drink here is the Pinky Lychee. Highly recommend!

Boba places are popping up all over town and the main quality I look for when it comes to these types of establishments is the quality of the boba. Some places don't know how to cook boba correctly, so, they end up tasting funky or they are too hard or too soft. Milk Run has the science of cooking boba down! It's soft and has the right chew. Its got a nice flavor and they give a gracious amount per drink. I'm also impressed by their matcha quality. After I stirred my Matcha Milk Tea, its color was still a bold green which a lovely switch-up the common diluted matcha drink. 5 Stars!!!! Just know, PARKING SUCKS ON WEEKENDS!

Drinks are tasty and affordable. I got the Thai tea float which includes Thai tea and Thai ice cream. It was $6.50 before tax. The workers are decently nice. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's pretty normal ambiance, quiet at times, but sometimes noisy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I didn't give them a 5 because they didn't greet us and the boba wasn't anything special. We had the sunset with crystal boba and the brown sugar milk tea with boba. It did come out really quickly I just don't think I'd make a special trip out for this. The prices are reasonable and we did like the layers in our drinks!

Stopped by on a Thursday evening craving something sweet and opted for their ice cream made in house, specifically a single scoop of Cookie Monster. The ice cream was dense but soft and creamy, which I found to be PERFECT! I ate it so quickly I forgot to take a picture of my cup, which I found to be a perfect portion size for single scoop-- not too big or too small. They offer an impressive variety of flavors, shown in my photo. Their overall menu is also impressively large. I am excited to come back for a casual friend hangout and try out more ice cream, milk tea, or blended drinks!

Great reliable boba place! It's attached to the restaurant Pho Thanh, perfect for a sweet treat after dinner. Their vietnamese sea salt coffee is one of my fave viet coffees in the valley. The thai tea is really good too. I came in today and ordered both of these. Accidentally spilled my drink :/ but one of the girls who works here cleaned it all up for us and was kind enough to give us a new thai tea. She really didn't have to do that so thank you for amazing service!

The milkiest and tastiest Thai Tea in town! Also, a big plus it's that it is right next door to Pho Thanh so we took advantage and while we were waiting for our pho we went to get our drinks and enjoyed them alongside our food. It is super convenient for them to be neighbors, you must try both!

I gave this boba establishment 3 stars because my online order was not made when i arrive, which was 20 mins after the time that they said would be ready. In addition, the tastes of the boba teas were decent and not amazing. Finally, Out of the 3 that I ordered one was the AZ sunset and my tea did not look anything like the beautiful colors that I saw online. It was simply a solid grape purple color. read more

I've been here over a dozen times in the past year and have loved every menu item I've tried. Today, the staff went above and beyond. I love chamoy but usually have to avoid the treat at restaurants since it's typically paired with mango and I'm allergic (a tragedy I know). I asked if the Watermelon Mangonada could be subbed with a different fruit and not only did they deliver, they took the time every step of the way to reassure its safety. The drink was delicious and I'm grateful to an option to satisfy my chamoy craving! read more

We found this place through Yelp reviews and it has become one of my favorite places for ice cream. We went in the evening on our first visit, so they had run out of Cookie Monster. We made sure to come back at an earlier time because we really wanted to try it. I've tried Cookie Monster, Matcha, Taro, and Strawberry Cream and they are all delicious. I actually never got the chance to try any of their other menu options because I keep going back to the ice cream. read more

This place is one of those "don't judge a book by its cover" things. It is in a shopping complex that is terrible looking outside. The parking isn't great. The area of town isn't great but i saw some good yelp reviews so instead of driving away when I pulled up, I stepped inside. I was smitten with the decor. It is so cute and classy. It was very clean and spacious. They have a menu display on the wall as well as at the counter. They have a mini shopping cart full of board games, inviting you to spend some time and play a game while you enjoy your treat. I always get a house milk tea when I get boba tea. Their boba were perfectly textured- not dry on the inside. I wish there was a bit more spice to the tea such as cinnamon or cardamom. It was pretty plain but that's just house milk tea for you. If they had another version of house tea with more of a spice profile I'd enjoy it more. Also I wish my tea was sealed with the fun plastic thing. It just had a regular lid on it. They were able to make the tea half sweet which is always a bonus. The staff there was extremely nice. Don't forget to pick up a punch card when you go. Important to note that the best pho in Phoenix is right next door. They share a door connecting the businesses. I didn't realize until I walked in and saw the place next door. It's been a while since I'd made my way to this side of town. Next time you feel like boba tea, go there. I think they're closed Tuesdays though so wait til Weds or call ahead to check. read more

Okay this place is awesome! I usually only go to the boba tea company inside of fashion square mall because they have the BEST TARO, but it's also pretty far from where I live so I hardly get a chance to go. When I go a boba place, I always try their Taro first since that is the flavor I get most often and wowowowowow was it good! It is also a really cute place to sit and spend about an hour. I'm pretty sure I saw some board games so that's cool too. I got the glass jar which is $1.50 and you get 10% off every time you come with the jar! read more

My friends and I went here after getting pho from Pho Thanh which is literally right next door. We went on a Sunday night which seems quite busy for them. The wait was not long at all and they were pretty quite to make the drinks. I ordered a Jasmine milk tea in a cute glass milk bottle! I paid around five bucks for both which is a really good price in Arizona! The bottle was $1.50 and the drink was under $4. I like how they give you like 10% off refill when you bring the bottle on your next visit. The Jasmine milk tea was good. You can really taste the Jasmine in the tea and the boba were chewy. This place sells ice cream also well but I was too full for ice cream. Boba was enough! The atmosphere of this place is really cute. It has a bright cool tone lighting. The building of this place, the outside has a full look. It seems like a nice place to hang out with friends and do some homework if it is not busy! read more

We love this place. First time there for me but my kids had gone there before. I love the taro flavor which is purple. There is so much to choose from. There is ice cream and smoothies and milk shakes. And tea and boba. We love tea so this place will be our now go to. And the prices are very affordable. I was sick of paying $8.00 for a stupid drink at other places. Today I got a large smoothie for about $5 or $6 dollars. Also you can purchase the milk bottles and when you bring it back for a refill on your next visit, they will give you 10% off your next purchase. Also they have a drink punch card which I love because that means at some point I will get a free drink. I highly recommend this place. read more

I love that they offer the split cups! I ordered a split cup with jasmine milk tea with boba and mango green tea. The mango green tea was refreshing and the boba was the perfect chewing consistency. Been wanting to try out this place because I saw all the great reviews and I'm so glad I decide to try it! The ice cream is so insanely creamy and delicious!!! They also have coconut chocolate and coconut vanilla which are vegan flavors. I got the triple scoop with the Black sesame, matcha, and taro ice cream on top of the waffle cone! Milk Run is a neat concept, it's in a good location near an awesome pho restaurant. I tried the Az Sunset and it was okay, the presentation was more appealing then the beverage itself. Kinda needed flavor and sweeter. I added mango popping boba to mine and it was the most flavorful part of the drink. I think I took the safe route this time and will most definitely be back to try the taro tea with boba which is a favorite of mine. I invested in the glass bottle for a 10% discount on my next visit. read more

i am completely obsessed with this place! The location was great, the space was very clean and actually kind of sparkly. The floors were very well kept and the service was great! The drinks were also very good! It did take the staff a bit to get us the drinks but that is only because there was a lot of people there. The color scheme and wall decor was great for social media pictures (I did not have time to take any) and the temperature in the room was perfect. Will more than likely be back very soon! read more

You can go get boba right after your bowl of pho. It's connected right next to the pho spot you don't even have to walk outside to go over. I ordered a matcha and Vietnamese coffee float and they came out pretty fast. The drinks were pretty, ok tasting felt like my boba was a bit over cooked and not chewy enough. Was craving BOBA and found this gem! We were thrown off from the location, it was in a small, rundown strip mall. It was also connected to a Vietnamese restaurant which was cool, so I assume it's the same owner. It was well decorated and very clean inside. Very creative with the ice cream blends, teas and coffee. Loved the selection. They have these cute little glass milk bottles that you can continue using when you come back and get a 10% discount off. The milk tea with coffee is absolutely perfect if you don't want anything too sweet, like their Vietnamese coffee. I'm so glad I finally got to cross this place off my list. read more

We have been to Milk Run several times when we're in the area and we've never been disappointed. Today we ordered their Classic Milk Tea, Fresh Brown Sugar Milk, and Taro Smoothie. The Classic Milk Tea was the perfect sweetness at 75% sugar. It has a strong black tea flavor with just enough of a hint of milk in there. The Brown Sugar Fresh Milk was like any other brown sugar fresh milk you can get at any boba place, milk with a caramel flavor. The Taro Smoothie was powder-y, yet smooth, not gritty and it tasted like it had coconut milk in it, giving it a tropical flavor. The honey boba was the perfect consistency, but it wasn't warm and it had a distinct flavor that didn't go great with the drink, as the flavor of the boba usually blends and absorbs the flavor of the drink. The staff are constantly friendly and ready to explain any drink. Usually when we come here there's a few people, but today all the chairs were full. It's very clean and modern. This is by far the best and my favorite Boba place in Arizona. I really wish that they had another location closer to the west valley because I literally drive all the way from Avondale just to come here because their stuff is the best they have a wonderful Tarro ice cream that is addicting great job guys read more

I'll definitely be back to work my way through more of their menu, but the lychee tea has already set the bar pretty high. The boba was plentiful and decently chewy. Service was friendly and there was a sign at the counter saying if you sign up to be on their list they give you 10% your drink. Nice! The total for my drink with tax was a little over $5 which is not bad at all. Gotta love a good deal! If I'm in the area again I'd definitely come back for more drinks. They also offer snacks, dumplings and noodles which is a tempting option.

My experience with Milk Run was really good. I tried the Vietnamese coffee float with coffee jelly and left satisfied. Both the coffee base and ice cream were excellent--rich in flavor without being overly sweet, and the ice cream had a nice, creamy texture. The coffee jelly didn't particularly stand out to me, but it was still a solid addition. I'm just not a big fan of boba, but that's more of a personal preference than a reflection of the business itself. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the interior was clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the pricing--$5.25 for a 16 oz coffee with a scoop of ice cream is pretty reasonable, especially in today's economy. The 24 oz is just $5.75, which felt like a great value. I'll definitely have to try the matcha float next time! The boba was plentiful and decently chewy. Service was friendly and there was a sign at the counter saying if you sign up to be on their list they give you 10% your drink. Nice! The total for my drink with tax was a little over $5 which is not bad at all. Gotta love a good deal! If I'm in the area again I'd definitely come back for more drinks. They also offer snacks, dumplings and noodles which is a tempting option.
