The vibe inside has gotten pretty corporate, so it's harder than it should be to believe it's good. But my cookies were perfection, and competitively priced with the inferior ones you'll find at a coffee shop. I went in on a Saturday at lunchtime and there was no wait to order. I went with a chocolate chip cookie, a triple peanut butter, and the famous compost cookie. Rich, soft and gooey insides. A perfect treat.

The soft serve was a bit too salty, but I really enjoyed the soft chocolate chip cookie - although it would have been better warmed up. Cute ambiance and very friendly staff!

I walk by all the time and finally stopped in for an afternoon pick me up. I got the cereal milk latte (iced). It was reasonably priced for $6. It was really yummy! Not too sweet. It came in one size and was a little smaller than I thought but I think the ratio of everything was good for the portion. You order at the counter and pick up your drink at the coffee bar in the middle area.

This is definitely a must try dessert spot for one main reason: cereal milk soft serve. It was kind of difficult for me to decide what I wanted to try, but the simplest decision came down to haven't I had, which was the cereal milk soft serve. The simplest suggestion I say is get the cereal milk soft serve with the corn flake crunch or cocoa cereal crunch. Or do what I did where I got both toppings, cookies & cream soft serve on the bottom and cereal milk on top. The best way I can describe it is literally through the name. It is like the end of when you're done eating your cereal and the milk is all sweet from the cereal. The compliment to it is the crunchy topping that I believe may even have a little salt to make it taste even better. The area is spacious as there is plenty of room to enjoy your dessert. This place even has more room than most restaurants in New York. Simple dessert shop with a variety of desserts but you must try the cereal milk soft serve at least!

Very cute interior and staff were so friendly and helpful. I didn't get very much cereal milk flavor from the soft serve, maybe more of a milk soft serve. I wish they had more cereals as toppings, but the topping the employee recommended to me was delicious. I can say I've tried it now, but this trip mainly gave me inspiration to make my own ice cream.

Such a lovely package came from a dear friend from Milk Bar! What a beautifully packaged gift box filled with sweet goodies! From cookies to cake balls to the Milk Bar Pie-every treat was more delicious than the next! Since I got this package delivered-I cannot review the ambiance and service but the car in the package has me to believe it's wonderful! Thank you for such a lovely birthday surprise!

The place a bit pricey overall but loved the cereal milk soft serve, it's unique and really tasty -- i got it with cereal crunch topping. Service is good as well. There are a couple of seats inside.

've loved Milk Bar ever since I watched the Chef's Table episode featuring Christina Tosi -- it made me fall in love with her creativity and the whole playful vibe of Milk Bar. I'm honestly not a huge sweets girl, but I love thoughtful, fun desserts. If I'm going to indulge, I want to feel like a little kid in a candy store -- and that's exactly how Milk Bar made me feel. I got a slice of the Confetti Birthday Cake and it was perfection. Moist, nostalgic, and just pure joy. My husband ordered the Milk Bar Pie and was equally obsessed. I have the Milk Bar cookbook at home, and this visit totally reignited my excitement to try some of the recipes myself. Such a fun, happy little treat spot.

It was an easy experience to order a full cake for pickup which I appreciate -- it's also a very large cake for what you get, which was good for our large group. I can't speak to the ambience as we got the cake to-go, but it was a smooth pickup process and service was good We've had their cake before (I think a red velvet cheesecake?) and it was amazing, but their seasonal strawberry shortcake did not hit as hard unfortunately. It was a bit too sweet for me, and I wish there was more vibrancy in the jam. not bad but could have been better.

The cookies and cream soft serve is delicious!! The cake and cookies were also ordered, and those are also really good! The staff are also very nice and friendly.

It is over-rated. The original pie was delicious everything else was just soooo sweet. I am one and done on this one.

I finally did the "Greatest Hits" run at Milk Bar, which includes the Birthday Cake slice, the Milk Bar Pie slice, a 3-pack of B'day Truffles, and a Compost Cookie. (Pro tip: don't try to be a hero and eat this all in one sitting unless you want a literal heart palpitation). I've been chipping away at it over the last two days, and it's the gift that keeps on giving. The Birthday Cake and Truffles are basically nostalgia in edible form, like the best possible version of Funfetti, but denser and way more addictive. The Milk Bar Pie is the richest thing I've ever tasted: it's salty, buttery, and gooey, so a few bites at a time is plenty. The Compost Cookie was the real MVP for balancing things out, though. The bits of potato chips and pretzels give you that salty hit you desperately need after all the cake. Overall, it's definitely a splurge, but everything keeps so well in the fridge that it's worth the haul. It's super sweet, so definitely have some water or black coffee on standby, but if you have a sweet tooth, this is basically the promised land.

We got the cereal soft serve. The dessert hit the spot and you can see why this brand has become an nyc staple. Inside it's a little dirty, but we were there a little late into the night, so that could be why. I would recommend you swing by here or any of their locations to feed your sweet tooth

I had previously tried their Tart Brûlée, Matcha Almond Bun, and Mushroom Suisse at the other location and found them pretty good, but almost too buttery, especially the Mushroom Suisse. I also vaguely remember getting their "Banana" dessert, as they're best known for their fruit-shaped desserts, and finding it decent. At this spot, I got the $5.95 Pain Saucisse, listed as a buttery pastry filled with beef sausage, pickles, and cheese for a savory, tangy flavor. Similar to the other suisse, it was very buttery, with there also being too much cheese. This led to the whole thing being a tad salty and oily. Outside of that, I liked the smoky sausage, and there was a faint bite from the pickle. If this were balanced better, I would have liked it a lot more. For the price, it's certainly better than the various trash Nathan's carts, but that's not saying much. If I were to go back, I would likely get either the pistachio cube, matcha croissant, or black sesame puff square. In short, a decent, fancy pastry shop.

Upon arrival we noticed the difference in crowds. Not as busy and packed sidewalks. Also it was a lot cleaner than Chinatown. Since we just ate at C-Town, it was time to find a good dessert place in K-Town. So we walked and we walked until I saw a banner sign showing shaved ice desserts. Then I noticed the name of the business is Grace Street. How fitting, because that is my wife's name. So we went in and what caught my eye was a mango shaved ice with mangoes, mochi, strawberries, and condensed milk, however I was over ruled by my wife and we went with the black sesame and mochi and condensed milk. It also had red bean, but that had to be on the side, since that gives me gout. Such nice staff taking orders and we went into the dining area to find a seat. What a large spacious area with many tables. Our order came out and it looked so good. The black sesame shaved ice or snow as it's also referred to as, was perfectly sweetened by the condensed milk and the chewy mochi. Definitely cleaned my pallet from our Chinese lunch and it helped cool me down from the New York heat. We got water, but there was no ice offered, so I asked one of the workers and he was kind enough to get me some. We are through that dessert like, if we didn't finish it fast, it was going to melt. We did not give it a chance to melt one bit. The staff here are efficient, as they saw we were done, they asked to clear our dessert bowl away. It was a nice experience even if it was just dessert. They definitely had more dessert options to offer, but i

I really enjoyed their matcha basque cheesecake with a prominent, deep matcha flavor. The texture was pretty smooth and loved how it wasn't too sweet. The Ho-Dduk has the lovely combo of sweet brown sugar/caramel flavor and creamy vanilla ice cream. When its hot, the dough is super chewy on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside. The mango bingsoo had a good mango flavor; wasn't too tangy nor too sweet. Mangoes were fresh for the season. The elixir or the matcha bingsoo was solid too, but I still preferred the strong matcha flavors from the cheesecake. Lines sometimes are long but it also moves fast! After ordering, you get a buzzer that will tell you when your desserts are ready. Lots of seating options from tables to high tops.

The counter attendant skipped me completely when I clearly had not ordered yet, and she was the only counter attendant there. I tried not to mind because I just needed coffee anyway, but the line took a bit to come up to the cashier. At no point did anybody try to check with me if I've been served. When I get to the cashier, I placed my coffee order, and asked for an iced coffee with milk and simple syrup (very clear instructions). When the cashier went to prepare my coffee, she came back with a full cup of black coffee. I reminded her that I wanted milk. She then proceeds to take it back to dump part of the coffee to make room for milk (which I get means I have to pour it myself). But at no point did she tell me where the milk and sugar was and they were nowhere in sight. I asked her if the cup had simple syrup already. She begins to attend to the guy behind me and just says no without even looking at me. At this point, I'm annoyed because she was being rude. So I got snappy and said "so you have no sweeteners at all???" and only then did she tell me the sugar and milk are on the side. Please train your counter attendants to at the very least not be rude. It wasn't busy or too early or too late for them to have an attitude. I'm not giving my money to any establishment that doesn't even bother to train staff on common courtesy.
