This Chiropractic office was recommended to me by another chiropractor that lives closer to me (5…read moreminutes away) that was seeing my child for constipation issues. I was unaware that they were an hour away from my house. I can truly say that the care my child and I received from Dr. Flores and Dr. Sepulveda is 1000% worth the drive. My child's constipation issues have gone away. I am pregnant and have been getting chiropractic care since around 24 weeks and have gotten so much relief from it. What sets this office apart from the rest? A lot! They have a play area right by the receptionist that includes toys and books for the kids, they hand out stickers, always have goodies on the counter for you to enjoy. This office has chiropractic care, massage therapy, and acupuncture. My one visit is not just chiropractic care. It begins with a back stretch while laying face down on a special massage table that moves my hips and legs up and down, a heating pad on my back, a massage, then comes the adjustment and a couple stretches. The adjustment consists of moves I've never had done to me before but have made a huge difference in my comfort throughout this pregnancy. My favorite part about coming here is that Dr. Sepulveda goes above and beyond to make sure I leave feeling good every time. I've gone to chiropractors in the past that do their routine adjustment and if I say I still feel discomfort they say to come again in a couple days or a week. Like I mentioned earlier, my 1 hour drive is worth the experience and relief this office provides me. I highly recommend Dr. Sepulveda and her team.

The treatment helped a lot and I felt better knowing my baby had less and less tension after her appointments. We still come here and I'd recommend checking it out to anyone who has a baby. They can't talk and it makes so much sense that they'd have tension from being in utero or from birth trauma, etc! Plus the doctor provides all kind of tips on my baby's development which are much appreciated.

Save your money and go to a prenatal chiropractor or physical therapist instead. I've found those…read moreto be genuinely far more effective for real pregnancy-related aches and pains. I paid over $300 for a prenatal massage here and left feeling frustrated and completely unsatisfied. I came in specifically for lower back pain relief, and despite asking the therapist at least four times to use more pressure, the massage stayed extremely light the entire time. I've had many massages, including prenatal ones, so I know my expectations are reasonable. What made it worse was how my requests were handled. At one point the therapist told me that "if you haven't had a massage in a while your nerves might be asleep," which felt dismissive and didn't really make sense. She then said she would "just press and hold in places" rather than actually massage. That's not what I paid for, especially at this price point. It was clear she was inexperienced, and while everyone starts somewhere, a specialized prenatal setting with premium pricing isn't the place for that learning curve. When I followed up afterward, I was quickly passed off to a business manager via text with very little acknowledgment of my concerns. Their own receptionist had already admitted the therapist was new and less experienced, so the lack of follow-through felt tone-deaf. The owner did eventually offer a full refund, but the way it was handled felt even more dismissive, basically making it clear I wasn't welcome back. Overall this experience was overpriced, underwhelming, and poorly handled from start to finish. I would not return.

I would joke I want to be at target and have my water break in an isle and call my husband you know totally Hollywood. Here's what actually happen and yes I did go into spontaneous labor and I attribute it to lots and lots of body work. I had so much pelvic pain I sought out massage therapy at 31 weeks and got regular massages every 2-3 weeks then at 37 weeks started reflexology and induction messages. The day before I went into labor I had an induction massage and went on a long walk the next day that uphill walk did it, I went into labor and had a magical unmedicated birth. Eternally grateful for all my therapists at Sparrows Nest including the receptionist who always welcomed me with open arms and chatted with me giving me encouragement and warm wishes. Received Prenatal, induction and therapeutic massages by Ryan, Gabby, Jess and reflexology from Marna love you all!
