I've had the pleasure of visiting this place twice. I'd give them 5 stars for service and cleanliness. I have been during dinner rush and right after work both times the place was spotless and the employees were all a pleasure to encounter and very accommodating to me and towards each other as I witnessed them helping each other through the rush. As far as the food I'd say it's a tad better than average. I've had the pizza which was a rather thick dough crust for a traditional pizza and the pepperoni was very bland and didn't have any spice like your normal pepperoni. I've also tried the fish & chips which came out looking amazing!!! However, it was also bland and had little to no flavor but it did not have that nasty spoiled fish taste. If it had just a light dusting of any seasoning or a sprinkle of salt it would be really good. The French fries were seasoned fries (very good) My favorite here are the wings doesn't matter how you get them traditional, honey barbecue, or spicy buffalo wings all of them are very good. I wanted to give this place a 3 but because the service was so good I'll give them 4 stars. I will go back again and again. read more

The Milestone Grille is a new spot in Eastpointe on 9 Mile and Kelly. It has a gorgeous interior, a well stocked and expansive bar right in the middle of the restaurant, and a diverse menu. It is open for lunch, dinner, and late nights until 2am. My service was great and our sandwiches were delicious. I'm looking forward to returning! read more

I dined in at Milestone Grill a week or so ago, after much anticipation of trying this place out! A few of my friends had told me nothing but great things about this place! So I was eager to try it out. I ordered a Strawberry Margarita to start out, and that was pretty good! I was told by friends that this restaurant had good happy hour specials for appetizers and drinks, but when I arrived, all they had were $5.00 margarita specials (which is typical at many restaurants in my opinion), and $6.00 flavor margaritas. Also, no half off or specials on food. Now I'm not holding the restaurant responsible for maybe my friends misunderstanding but honestly that was really one of the only reasons I was excited to try the restaurant. Anyway, my friend and I then ordered an appetizer, the combination with Fried Wings; Chicken Tenders, Onion Rings and Mozzarella Sticks. The food was ok! However, the service was an issue. I initially was going to give a 3 star rating due to the service, and the fact the waitress initially told us they restaurant were out of straws; then seemed to have an attitude when she bought the drinks out and we asked if we could use the drinks straws for our glass of water. But the manager that was there the day I dined in, her name is Ari I believe, she was really great! She came over to the table, and asked about our experience. My friend and I expressed concerns over our waitress, and Ari immediately addressed the concerns, and offered free dessert. I appreciated her efforts on trying to resolve the issue, so for her professionalism; that saved this experience. Bc it was going left for a minute there. I would have to go again to try an entree item, and maybe another drink or so to say whether or not this will be a restaurant I would frequent. But I'm willing to try it again. read more

The server literally never said her name. Out food came out 1 at a time every 10 minutes. One person in our party didn't even receive her food it was only 4 of us. We have dined here MANY MANY TIMES, So I know what to expect from the staff and the kitchen. However last nights dinner would've tasted BETTER if it had been dug out of the trash and re-plated. Because this was our "Wednesday date-night" & the take home meal was for the children. I called on Thursday to speak w/a member of management-The woman who answered the line "claiming" to be a manager proceeded to, in my opinion, verbally reprimand me for not calling & bringing the nasty chicken Alfredo pasta back the same day I received it because they would've refunded or replaced the meal. Gave this place a 3rd chance since I heard new owners took over. Omg soo glad we did!!! As soon as we walked in, the woman let us know there was only one cook but she could seat us and to have a little patience. Perfect we weren't in a rush. She made us feel so darn welcome, hugged my mom, we just instantly felt welcome. Then we had the sweetest, fun and VERY attentive waitress!! My youngest instantly spilled her darn drink, just to add to their mess! No care, she still was awesome!! With them only having one cook, our food came out so darn fast, I was shocked! The manager Lisa of the establishment is very rude. I ordered 7/31/19 received the wrong order. Was told my order would be replaced. I called today 8/3/19 and was made to feel as if I was the person that caused the order to be wrong. I was told I needed to call back tomorrow when the person I spoke with would be at work. I explained I don't live anywhere near the establishment to only be hung up on by the manager. I have never been treated like this by a restaurant and mind you the order was only an $11 salad. Great ambiance. Great service. Great food. The manager running the floor was a bit abrasive. Attitude was kinda jacked up. You can tell she made her staff uncomfortable and rushed. Davon was our server, and he was very attentive and professional. Caesar salad was amazing. I ordered an Old Fashion. My wife ordered a Blue Hawaiian. Strong drinks 7 bucks a piece. Beer battered Fried pickles were above average. Cajun Chicken sandwich was huge, and tasty. My wife ordered the catfish and it, too, was delicious. The fries were addictive. We went there last night. Both had worked all day and were starving. Online it said closed at 2am. Door said 12am. It was not even 11:30 at this point. I sat down waiting for my date. There were 3 other people at the bar but no other patrons in the restaurant. I had checked out the menu online and it looked awesome. I was also excited there was a full bar. The bartender was on his phone and took about 5 min to even notice me. I ordered a water and a beer. My date arrived shortly after and the bartender never offered him anything to drink. He asked us after several minutes if we were ready to order. ?? My date doesn't even have a drink yet. It was very apparent he did not want to take care of us so I paid for my beer and we left. Great place. Clean as a whistle, and a great atmosphere, with semi-separate bar and dining areas. The dining room is more brightly lit and conducive to families, while the bar is a tad darker, but not too much so. Friendly bartender, who is attentive but not intrusive - a former Marine (thank you for your service). Limited but nice selection of draft beers, which I had this night, along with Monday Night Football. Love me some Dirty Bastard and Two Hearted Ale. Several of the usual domestics on tap, too. Appeared to be a nice selection of bottled beers as well. For evenings when you feel like a cocktail, they also have a good selection of bourbons, scotches, vodkas, gins & rums. Saw two women drinking white wine, but not sure of the variety available. I had the Buffalo wings - medium - which were fairly decent & maybe a tad less than medium. Next time, I might order the hot sauce, and ask for them well done. Flavorful, nonetheless, served with excellent homemade bleu cheese dressing. Definitely worth a try, overall. Long Post Alert! I have been coming to this restaurant literally since it opened. It was a very nice place to have a meal, the waitresses were professional, the bartenders were prompt with drinks so we always tipped the waitresses as well as the bartender for the great service... I guess it's under new management now, because none of the original people are there anymore. The first time we came to have a meal, since it has been "Under New Management" we were seated and placed our drink order and the waitress never came back, we waited for about 30 minutes until we said forget it and walked out. The 2nd time, we ordered a carryout and was told it would be about about 20 minutes, I walked in after about 35 - 40 minutes, to get the carryout order and my son's order wasn't in the bag. I was told to wait for it. When it came out and we got home, my son's chicken tenders were so under cooked to the point we just tossed them out. How do you under cook chicken tenders??? After that we vowed never to go back, its been about a year and a half, and my wife and I decided to go grab a quick bite. It can't be as bad as before right? WRONG!! We were seated and placed our drink order. The waitress brought back 2 waters will we waited on our drinks. So far so good. Then my wife's drink came out, but not mine... We waited and finally I got my drink. We placed our order, my wife received her soup no problem, then our main entree comes out, my wife's order is fine. The cook got my order wrong so while she has her food I am still waiting on mine. While my wife's food is getting cold (she doesn't want to eat until I get mine) we wait on my order to come out. My order finally comes out now we can eat. All is well at this point, we eat and I ask for the bill, once I receive the bill I pay with my credit card and ask for change for a $20. I usually tip 20%, 25% or more if the service is excellent. She brings back 2 $10s and the receipt. That's a little presumptuous but OK. But now, the bill is slightly higher than the original receipt. I am seeing that I am now being charged an additional $2.20 "non-cash" fee... WTF is that!?! I have never had to pay additional for using a credit card at any restaurant, ever... If this is normal practice and I am unaware please let me know. Needless to say, I am now completely done with this place. I want to let it be known that if you choose to pay via card at this establishment, there is an additional hidden fee! I have never seen this before! It's not the amount, it is the principle! It is 2022 and I don't feel as if I should be penalized for using a card to pay for a meal at a resturant. If you don't mind paying additional hidden fees for no apparent reason, then this is place for you, it is not the place for me anymore... read more

It's been 9 months since our first time, have had dinner in & carryout 3 more times. I had the chicken marsala & loved it. Someone had a steak, it was very fatty & full of gristle. We told the waitress, a manager came over, really did not look at the steak & implied it was just a matter of taste. NO there was more fat then meat. Take it off the bill. There were only 2 bites gone. Tried another carryout today. Asked for lemon slices for my salad, got lemon rice soup. Ordered a burger medium, it was so rare it was raw, but burnt on the edges. The bartender was swearing about something, I'm not a prude but there was a family with 2 young kids sitting closer then me to him. I visited her a couple months ago and inside, ordering the salmon medium well with asparagus which was amazing! A couple days i go to get take out of the salmon, same way, and it was not good, it was dry, my fish was full of bones and i got mixed vegetables instead of asparagus. This was my first time here and we were ignored from the moment we sat down. The waitress came to ask if we were ready to order after 15 minutes, we said we needed a few more minutes. She left without asking us if we wanted anything to drink. After we got our food, she never came back to check on us, but check on the table behind us constantly. She gave us our bill then took away our glasses full of our beverage without asking us if we were done (we were not). I just enjoyed a wonderful meal in this recently opened restaurant. I ordered the steak with garlic mashed potatoes and had ice cream with fudge sauce for dessert. They sometimes offer deep fried Twinkies but they weren't on the menu the evening I went. The food was fresh, cooked perfectly, and the meal was timed perfectly between courses. They offer a full bar. The wait staff was courteous and friendly, easily answered questions about the ingredients in the entrées. I will be back! read more
