It was mediocre. Some cool people, there. But I was kicked out cause one of the bartenders said I was making people feel uncomfortable. Which I don't think I was, I was making conversation and having a nice time until the bartender that had a light blue spandex pants on was calling me out for something that I didn't do. Also there was a few ignorant people making fun of me cause of my ethnicity, had one black guy call me "Jackie Chan" and had another foreign guy hating on me cause of my MAGA hat. With two of use people discriminating against me, I feel like that's a lawsuit awaiting to happen. read more

The ambience was good at pool tables waitress was great but six dollars for a can of Olson is absolutely crazy and you're just off of female. I mean I understand it's imported beer but Jesus at least it could've been in a glass bottle literal 12 ounce can for six dollars is highway robbery. read more

A classic Dettoit area dive bar. Internet juke box is often belting out variations of rock, country, and pop. Kitchen offers a nice variety of food including pizza, burgers, and massive nachos. Bartenders are cool, and often overwhelmed because they cover the bar and the floor. Crowd may be a bit skeptical of newcomers, but it is Detroit so what else would you expect. read more

Still like this dive bar and I have a few friends from the neighborhood that come here. They recently added a rear smoking section, I can't stand smoking but if that's your thing there you go. One nice thing is that they always have a hot bartender. Also one pool table and a jukebox that rocks. It can get a little loud here because it's small but what are you going to do. The drink prices are reasonable. read more

The bartenders are amazing. Bianca kept our drinks full and kept us entertained all night. Big tips to her. And the most eclectic selections on the jukebox all night. From country to classic rock to r&b. Very diverse crowd having a great time. read more

Bianca is amazing! Food is always great. Every time I've been here service was prompt and the food is on point.

The newest reviews (flagged one included) pretty much tell the story.

Usually the staff is pretty decent. but when the older woman and the super tall blonde is there you need to watch. Very aggressive and they will scam you. Other bar staff is good but due to the fact of the scammers I won't be going back. IF BRANDY IS WORKING LEAVE. read more

One of the many dive-ish type bars in the greater Saint Clair Shores area. It's basically the kind of place you go if you want really cheap beers and enjoy watching some of the locals get ridiculously hammered and make fools of themselves. I'm pretty sure they do karaoke every weekend. It's exactly what you would expect from a dive concerning the quality of karaoke. I will say, however, that there are a few regulars who do a good job of mixing up songs. Many of these small bars that do karaoke have an overwhelming number of people singing really sad country songs that nobody has ever heard or really terrible top 40 songs from 5 years ago. Throw in a few Michael Jackson songs here and there and it makes the weekend experience tolerable. read more

I've been here twice now within the last year with other African American friends, and each time, we've had to deal with racial discrimination of different forms. Whether it's conversation and or slurs, or the very obvious way that the juke box is interrupted or turned completely DOWN when we play music from "our" culture or our people. When mentioned, the bartender makes excuses. However, the second any "other" music is played that's when the volume returns. We also are not waited on or serviced by the wait staff unless we leave our seats and approach THEM. That's not how service "works". Needless, to say, I've shared my experience with others, and they have had equal to the same about this place. The very last time I was here, (and I DO mean LAST), a couple of African American woman had put $5 worth of money into the jukebox for a total of 15 songs. Guess what...they were cancelled "supposedly" by someone with a phone who interrupted them. Yeah, ok. Done. Petty tactics and poor customer service. Word to the wise, word of mouth is KING, especially when you're a prominent person in and out of the City. Won't be back. BUT instead I will continue to support businesses who appreciate our financial contributions. #RacistBar read more

The best 'dive' in Harper Woods. The bartenders are awesome, and the food is better than most bars.

Been my go to local bar for years, as it is in walking distance from home. Celebrated many birthdays there, including last night for my 37th. They give great pours on wine and we drank plenty. The DJ was amazing and played all of our weird requests as we sang from the table. Service is always great and it's a true local hometown bar. I don't go out often anymore, but every time I do, we end up here and are never disappointed. read more

Nice bar and the owner is fantastic. Food is also very good. Only problem is the bartender who is a blonde is absolutely rude. Walked in and was treated like garbage just because I was a girl. Got my drinks last and was talked to like I was no one. Would love to come back as long as that bartender is no longer working. The woman literally asked everyone at the bar if they would like anything else before making the drink I asked for 20 minutes before. read more

Only giving it 3 stars because the Dj right now is absolute dog sh&t! Seriously confused if shes getting paid for this, or if she's allowed to drop in with mixes she made at home....brain boggled do people really listen to low rider or don't worry be happy? Now she's throwing in Karaoke only to hear herself sing...wtf?...am I taking crazy pills right now?? As for her music, they play better music in strip clubs then the garbage she's bringing. Ear piercing singing along with hot garbage for a playlist. What year is it..50 cent??...I'll give her 50 cents to never touch a computer or the internet again. No really is it open decks at Goodfellas tonight?! read more

Run of the mill suburban dive that might be a cool spot l if it wasn't overrun with old men nursing their bottles of High Life and playing Keno. It's small, has pool, darts, & video games. Drinks are cheap - especially the HEFTY Jager shot they'll pour for only $4.50. Aside from the prices though, there's nothing special here. read more

Had carry out chicken wings. Undercooked and just soggy not a single crispy wing. Didn't eat and threw away.

Love this place! Friendly servers and chill atmosphere! Nice place to have a drink, play some Keno and mess around with the wait staff.

Wasn't too busy, walked in and sat at the bar, bartender walked past a few times and didn't acknowledge us once. Waited a few and walked out and left. A simple, "hey, I'll be with you soon", would have been nice. read more

Had to upgrade to a 5 star! This place has a great atmosphere and great drink specials!

Great selection of beer, but couldn't get a drink. It would be nice to get acknowledged!

New name is now Goodfella's, but I'm not sure what's good about it. We went once, on a recommendation from a friend, I'm not so sure what she likes about the place. There are dive bars then there are dumps, this one is definately a Dump. Drinks were fair, not strong but cheap. Pizza, I wondered why it took over an hour to get the pizza, once we got some round charred thing I figured out why. Service was pleasant, prompt with the drinks, but never even bothered to check on what was taking the cook so long to burn the pizza. Yep, once was enough. read more

I live down the street from this place, so I end up there a lot more than I would like too. All the local drunks come to this bar. Basically a bunch of middle aged people hammered off their ass by 5pm. It's an okay spot but nothing special. read more
