I started with the Toucan Sam drink which was the only rum drink on their menu of specialty cocktails. It's a really good drink that is slightly bitter due to the campari and toasted almond bitters. For food, I was craving a burger but I visited on the wrong day. I chose the Thai style wings and a carne asada taco. Wings - the wings were decent but I got tired of eating them after the first 2. The thai peppers that it came with were not very spicy at all. The meat was also a little challenging to get off the bones for some reason. Taco - I enjoyed this better than the wings, even though this was smaller. Service was decent but not perfect. I was already ready to leave and then they asked if I wanted another drink. They were about 5 mins late since the bar area wasn't actively manned during a majority of my visit.

The fried chicken was overcooked and I assume cooked in some old oil because it was chewy and dark and burnt tasting. And I was worried about the "chipotle honey mustard" being too hot but I barely noticed it since it was really only present on a very tiny bit of the wrap. The wrap was assembled poorly if I'm to be honest, so it was more like eating some sauce, then some tomatoes and lettuce, and then the nasty chicken. Fries were not great but not bad. Service was OK by the end as someone else took over after initially ordered. The first server acted like she could care less about my existence. Second server was very good.

We ordered every drink on the menu(not joking) and there is something for everyone, I often don't like gin or bourbon and those were some of the best combos I've had. I will say some are certainly heavy on the sugar but you can always ask them and the bartenders know which ones to suggest. I ordered vegan phish sandwich and vegan chicken kimchi Sandwich. I loved vegan phish sandwich, i was worried it would truly taste like fish, and I can't stand the taste of fish. But it didn't, the texture was definitely more correct flakey and moist, amazing toppings perfect ratio of bun and everything it was awesome. The kimchi chicken sandwich was equally amazing a little spicy couldn't finish way too full. THE BUFFALO CURRY FRIES ARE EVERYTHING, plenty to share. I'm vegetarian(I do eat cheese though but no mayo). All other sandwich options you can substitute the meat options for a vegan patty which I wished more places did. Also the table ordered the mushroom spread and the spicy olive spread everyone loved both. Other people at my table that order the lamb burger said it was fantastic. There was another burger with Gorgonzola that they said was also amazing. I truly don't think you can go wrong with anything here on the menu. Will be back will tell everyone I know.

I will say that it might be tough for a larger group to sit here. I got a rhubarb pie sour drink and I was worried that it would be thick but it was light and tart with just the right amount of sweetness. The sandwiches were all good and very filling. I would say that it's fair to split one amongst 2 people. The Brie and ham sandwich was tasty, I loved the salty bread. We also got a burrata appetizer and it was great and filling as well. I still think about the cornbread ice cream. The texture and the sweet/salty combo with the honey/maple flavors was out of this world.
