Service terrible I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. We waited far too long just to place an order, and our food arrived cold. The food quality was even worse. The meal tasted bland, overcooked, and definitely not fresh. Do not waste your time or money going here. The owner refused to answer a question when I attempted to ask where the restroom was. He gave hostile looks over at me as I dined. Service was very prompt and friendly. We had a server and a young man who attended the table to refresh waters, take away plates and other items. Lunch special of soup and salad or soup and sandwich was very reasonably priced and also very good. When you walked inside there is lots of room but not a lot of parking! There's lots of TVs in case you wanna watch the game at the bar not so much on the other end. I do wanna say the food was plenty and it was really good. The service was OK. I went on a Saturday night and they are really busy on a Saturday night. The waiter was fast and kept disappearing and forgetting things but the other waitress that I've interacted with were really nice and sweet. If I had them, I probably would've rated higher and had a better time. There's a lot on the menu. Kept seeing everyone order the chicken Alfredo. This was our first time here and boy, was I glad she chose this place. The food and service was excellent. Our waiter, Martin, was entertaining to say the least. The setting was laid back casual and romantic. My gripe was we were charged gratuity for just 2 people to the tune of $17 plus our $20 tip. My lady always makes sure we tip good. It's all good tho'! This place was full. They were completely short staffed and the service was extremely slow yesterday. We went had 2pm reservations for a party of 15ppl. We went to watch the Lions game and celebrate my cousin beating cancer! I joined the party at 2:15p. Not waitress came over for 20mins. My cousin had went to the bar to get drinks b4 the waitress came over. I can see you being short staffed with 2 servers and one bartender. But, they staff did not move with urgency at all. Its like they didn't care. The food was good. I would say worth the wait but it took over 30min-hour for everything. I wasn't even hungry anymore. I had to constantly flag the waitress down about my quesadilla. And I ordered it the same time as my appetizer. The bartender sent 3 free shots due to the long wait. I ordered the [insert dish name], hoping for a flavorful and well-executed meal. What arrived at the table, however, was underwhelming. The dish was lukewarm and lacked the depth of flavor I had anticipated. The portion sizes were smaller than expected, and the presentation was sloppy--certainly not reflective of the price point or reputation of the restaurant. Additionally, the quality of ingredients didn't seem to match the standard one would expect from a venue like Milestone Grill. I've been to Milestone Grill twice now. The first time at the recommendation of another foodie friend. I sat at the bar and love that it is surrounded with TVs. It took more than 10 minutes to even be acknowledged by the bartender. And even after that first interaction the service was slooooow. She was slow to take our order and slow to make our drinks and slow to place our order and slow to bring our food! We later learned that it was her last day of work before moving away to another state and she was excited with saying her goodbyes to her regular customers. The food was their saving grace. Good portions and super tasty. My fave was the chicken Parmesan. We decided to give it a second try. But unfortunately, the service experience was similar, perhaps even worse. A different bartender walked around the bar chatting with apparent regulars and ignored us even after we asked questions about the menu. I wandered in late on Weds night, as the MacD next door lobby was closed. I ordered chicken soup, artichoke dip and beef sliders. Was so surprised at 11:00 PM.... the soup was tasty and super clean... not oily nor too salty. Really enjoyed that and thought I would come back. Then the artichoke dip showed up. Looks totally different than mot as it has a thick cover of cheddar cheese. This was Oh My God good. Not a fu fu set at all. Really flavorful.... I ate every last bit of it. The sliders came and I was pretty full. But, these were so savory I couldn't stop eating them. Of, did I mention my server was awesome as well. This was a full home run experience. I'm writing this review specifically for the general manager, Michelle, and her staff. We visited Milestone last night after arriving from out of state. My wife and I were travelling from Detroit to Port Huron with our two small children, and my father in law. We were munching on a delicious meat lovers pizza (the food was really great) when my father in law totally passed out. It was a serious matter which necessitated a 911 call and paramedics on site. Listen folks - the response of the staff at Milestone was tremendous! Absolutely tremendous! Instantly they moved tables to get him laid down, helped us care for him until paramedics arrived, kept the small children occupied, and supported us as this event happened. Management was truly concerned that we were loved in our hour of need. Virtuous people know how to respond when challenging things happen - and Milestone was full of good people last night. So thank you, Michelle. He's feeling much better. We will be back next time we are through town - for a crisis-free visit. read more

Prices are reasonable and portion sizes are generous. The Owner visited our table to say hello, which always makes customers feel very special. It was a nice experience. So I met up with a couple friends to get drinks. They were already there so they are, but I didn't get any food. I did order a couple rounds of green tea shots and they were good. The shots were stronger than I'm used to but I liked that. We can tell our waitress was really busy, but she did a great job of making sure we were taken care of. The ambiance was great. My husband and I have been dining here for years. We live within walking distance. My husband called in a carry out order and then went to pick up our food. When he arrived, he paid for our order and was told that it wasn't ready yet and to have a seat wherever he liked. He sat down at a table with the intention of having a beer while he waited. The server approached and instead of asking him for his order, told him that he couldn't sit there as the tables were only for "paying customers"! He immediately asked for the manager, Arya. Arya apologized profusely and stated that the staff was all new and didn't know any better. If that's the case, Arya hasn't done her job by training them properly! The racism has got to stop!
