We've used Miles of Flowers for quite a few years and always find the quality of the flowers and the service to be excellent. The team is friendly and on this latest order, which was perhaps a bit unorthodox but they did EXACTLY what we requested. On this particular order, the roses were slightly wilted upon delivery. I asked the flowers be delivered on a specific day (our anniversary) but were delivered a day early which was not what I requested but it all worked out. Not the usual excellence we've come to expect from them but still pretty good. But for $100 I had higher expectations. We will be back....but will express my needs a bit more clearly. read more

I placed an order on their website this morning for some get well flowers around 7:50am and received an email at 12:06pm that my order had been cancelled "due to unforeseen circumstances ". I called the company and supposedly my order was cancelled because they didn't have the product in stock. I asked why they didn't just call me to see if they could make something different. The man said "because I ordered on the website that they cancel by email and don't call". He did not apologize or ask to take my order right then and kept talking about how well I ordered from the website. Like it was my fault that their website sucks. He suggested I go back on the website and order "designers choice" where I said no thank you. I had chosen this company to order local but then went on 1-800-flowers and got confirmation of delivery in less than 30 minutes. read more

Miles of Flowers has always been my go to for arrangements whether for birthdays, events and even just because. I have always loved every item we have received. But after my Dad passed away we received an arrangement that blew us away and was beyond beautiful. Without even looking at the card I knew it had to have come from them. I ordered flowers for my mother through Teleflora and selected Harts and Flowers florist to deliver since they had good reviews. But for some reason Teleflora sent the order to Miles of Flowers instead. They did deliver on time and the flowers were fresh, however the arrangement looked NOTHING like the picture I ordered. I understand that adjustments may need to be made but it looked like they just stuck the flowers in a vase and didn't even try to make it look even similar or even try to arrange it in a pleasing way. Convenient location to Flowers Hospital. I stopped in and there were no arrangements prepared. Small cluttered space. I purchased a very nice plant. She sprayed it and put a nice bow on it. It was a very nice plant and tin. The gift was well received. read more

My arrangement was beautiful however, it didn't last long. Usually, when I receive flowers they stay looking good for at least 3 or 4 days. These not so much, as I pull dead flowers, I realize that most of them are cut off and couldn't possibly reach the water. I am not a florist but it seems like common sense that the stems be long enough to reach water. read more

I ordered flowers for a wake/funeral that I saw on their website. They said they could make it and had to substitute one flower - gladiolas - which was fine with me. The also said that all the lilies and greenery would be the same as the photo. Well - if I were there, I would have refused the delivery because it did not look like the spray that I ordered. It wasn't even close. I was so very disgusted. One of the family members sent me a pic of the arrangement. I contacted the florist and was asked to send the name of deceased, dates, so it can be looked into. I sent all info including pics of what was and what it should have been. No answer. I sent the info again. Still no answer. I would never do business with this place again and will tell everyone I know how bad they are. read more

THE WORST! The arrangement was NOTHING like what I purchased online. I understand Substition but they took it to an entirely new level! I wish I could share the picture online and the arrangement that was sent. No exaggeration. Complete rip-off. Had I received a call for my input, I would've accepted that. New to this review process. If I could do a zero star review I would. The order I placed for a young lady's birthday was not delivered, even though they assured me that it would be. Granted, I placed the order the day of, but if I had known the item would not be delivered I could have made other arrangements. When I called to ask about this the next morning, they questioned that I had placed the order. I made the call back using my recent call feature on my cell. I placed the order from out of town and since I don't call businesses in Dothan hardly ever, there is no way I had called a different florist the day before. If you make a mistake, as they did, you should own up to it, not deny responsibility. I would not even be leaving this bad review if they had apologized. In short, what I'm saying is, it is better not to call these people with a delivery with a quick turn around. They assure you it will be delivered so you won't call another florist, and then don't follow through. read more

So terribly disappointed! I ordered flowers from here 2 days prior to when I needed them. I was very specific I in explaining what I needed. I asked for a bouquet of purple flowers including lilies and roses with no baby's breath, no carnations, and spend around $50. I explained to the lady that answered the phone and took the order that I would be there at 5 p.m. on Wednesday. I got there at 5 and it was closed. There was an emergency number on the door so I called and she explained that they would be there in 5 minutes. No problem. A gentleman arrived and I explained to him that I had placed an order. He found the order and said it wasn't prepared. I was understandably upset and he said he would put something together. I asked if I could see the flowers. I went in the back and they did not have 1 purple Lily or rose available. He showed me some flowers that were old and I said I didn't want any at all. Not one apology, all he said was have a good night. Terrible customer service. I don't mind going clear across town next time read more
