I asked the flowers be delivered on a specific day (our anniversary) but were delivered a day early which was not what I requested but it all worked out. (I wanted these to be special for my friend that was promoted to which she was barely acknowledged.) I picked this bouquet because of the colors as her favorite colors was included.....except for the fact that none of her favorite colors were in the clump of flowers she received. And yes, I understand that orders may not be exact, but come on. If the florists needs to switch out certain flowers, at least make it somewhat close to what was ordered. Usually, the florist will contact the customer if the flowers are that different....did not happen. But I suppose since they've already been paid, who cares what flowers are sent out. If I spend over $100 on flowers, I would think they'd, at least, the flowers would look fresh and somewhat close to what was paid for.....very disappointed.
