Most of the flowers were hanging when I carefully took them out and I mean From stem to pedals- I was intentional to try to preserve them and try to make two bouquets instead of one ugly mismatched one. Quality was beyond subpar and he charged over 30 dollars for this embarrassment. If I was having a funeral, wedding or anniversary and this man was the only florist left on the earth I'd just skip them altogether. (I wanted these to be special for my friend that was promoted to which she was barely acknowledged.) I picked this bouquet because of the colors as her favorite colors was included.....except for the fact that none of her favorite colors were in the clump of flowers she received. And yes, I understand that orders may not be exact, but come on. If the florists needs to switch out certain flowers, at least make it somewhat close to what was ordered. Usually, the florist will contact the customer if the flowers are that different....did not happen. But I suppose since they've already been paid, who cares what flowers are sent out. The team is friendly and on this latest order, which was perhaps a bit unorthodox but they did EXACTLY what we requested. On this particular order, the roses were slightly wilted upon delivery. I asked the flowers be delivered on a specific day (our anniversary) but were delivered a day early which was not what I requested but it all worked out. Not the usual excellence we've come to expect from them but still pretty good. But for $100 I had higher expectations. We will be back....but will express my needs a bit more clearly.
