They've split their services into 2 sites; the one on Barrett Street focuses more on costume rentals. My visit wasn't for a costume but more for make-up and accessories for a costume, but let me tell you, the costume selection for purchase here is outstanding, taking up a large portion of this larger-than-before site. My purpose here was to seek make-up and accessories, of which they again have a giant inventory. I received great service here. I told them exactly what I was seeking, and within minutes I was given demonstrations and samples of exactly what I wanted - super easy, super fun. When you come here, read all the signs on the doors to find the entrance, as a lot of the doors are locked. The entrance you want is "upstairs" in the back, against the parking lot, the rightmost of all available doors. I was very glad to have re-discovered this store!

The staff has always been wonderful, and honestly, customer service is the reason I keep coming back to Cannabicity. Lately though, the employees seem tense, nervous, and constantly under pressure. Every time I've visited recently, the person I assume is a manager has been openly scolding or micromanaging staff on the floor. Today, I listened to a sales associate repeatedly being told to clean while helping customers, and it honestly made the environment uncomfortable. This is the third time I've noticed it, so it doesn't seem like a one-off bad day. I genuinely feel bad for the staff because they've always been one of the best parts of the experience there. I hope management sees this, because the current atmosphere is really hurting what used to be a great vibe.

I was mortified humiliated in that store by Matt the tried to help me and he did get me another vape which was just so great then I found out I was banned from the store a regular customer that spends hundreds of dollars a week gets banned because I received a vape that was leaking out the battery parts and I did vape before that that did the same thing that I tried to return and they gave me a hard time and did not accept the return, but gave me a little tiny bit of stork credit on my next vape. Those were the two returning that store that are not working correctly. Both of the vapes were completely full barely touched and now I'm banned. I'm banned from that store. well you know something I have a podcast and I am well known in the community and I am going to spread the word very quickly about cannabis city in Mohawk Harbor Schenectady and especially the guy behind the counter who gets the orders why wouldn't doubt was messing with mine to begin I don't trust I don't trust him at all.
