I have only had the pleasure of working with 2 personnel here, but believe me when I say that BOTH were top notch, period! With a glitch occurring with my software they installed nearly 1.5 years prior, and running it flawlessly, a very rare occurrence happened. I was able to make an appointment promptly, which is always a GREAT start when there's a concern with your only vehicle. Upon arrival, Tristan obtained a brief explanation and took my vehicle into the garage. Despite not finding the exact "cause", he did reflash the file with hope of just trying to do "something." It didn't help that APR customer service was non existent seeing as he was on hold for nearly a half hour, but with no support from the tuning company, he took it into his own hands and was willing to try troubleshooting with the knowledge at hand! Luckily for me, the engine code hasn't returned since the reflash, so his efforts definitely paid off! From a BIG PICTURE standpoint however, this is the 2nd occasion where they promptly and professionally took care of my concerns, and I could not be ANY happier, seriously! These guys have went above and beyond with me, and that's honestly a hard thing to accomplish with my firm but fair customer service standards developed over the past 15 years. I've had this car since 2006, and for six years the a/c has never worked. Other mechanics have told me that both the heater core and a/c core themselves are faulty (the heat doesn't really work either). Because of where they are in my car and the amount of time/labor it would have been required to replace them, I did not consider it worth it to pay to have the cores ripped out and replaced, especially on a 10-year-old car. At one point I thought maybe the freon was leaking, but that wasn't the problem either. But oddly enough, in the years when the a/c was broken, it occasionally did work, for brief, fleeting, heartbreaking little blips of cool relief. Then hot air would start streaming out of the vents again. Last summer, when we had that stretch of 100-degree weather for a couple of weeks in July, my son and I would just sit in bumper-to-bumper traffic on 94 with the sun beating down on us and the open windows achieving nothing (except raising the noise level), hoping for one of the blips when the a/c would choose to turn on. The poor kid would get home, chug half a gallon of water, and lie under and air conditioning vent for 15 minutes. I think we both had a little heat stroke. Anyway, after spending a couple of days poking around, Javier discovered that the problem with the a/c was not the core, but the air conditioning compressor and the clutch cycling switch. This explained why it was working some of the time and not others. Since he fixed it (a few weeks ago) I have been reveling in the luxury of ice-cold air pouring from my a/c vents on hot days with the windows firmly shut. I'll never take air conditioning for granted!

He let me know there was barely any oil in my truck and my engine was shot. When I asked Robel about it (Workus son) he stated they forgot to take care of the oil.
