This place is the most elegant and high quality service nail salon I've ever been to! I'm a regular at keeping up my nails and have tried a lot of places out of curiosity. David and AJ are awesome and the rest of the staff as many regulars who request them too I've noticed. The restaurant next door is owned by the same owner and will give 1/2 off your order of whatever you order while there! So you can enjoy a boba tea, or coffee or meal while being serviced! Absolutely the worst nail place. I cane here in the past and they actually broke out in a physical fight. I stopped going. Today i tried it again and the guy doing my pedi was so rough snd speeding through an $85. Pedi. It came time to pick a color. There was a language barrier. I asked if the colors would match. It took 4 people to figure out that they did. Them all the sudden one other man came over asking if i wanted someone else to finish my pedi. I said no. Them the argument started. I said this is ridiculous and i was going to leave. They said that the other man did not understand the color. I said actually that is not what happened. They all began arguing. I got my shoes and left. Sad that grown people can not work together and treat customers with respect. Ao much for a relaxing pedi. We have been coming here for quite some time, and I have never been disappointed till now. One of the staff members was extremely rude & rough. Once I brought it to his attention that he was being rough, he got super offensive. To top it off my French tip is extremely thick and all over the place. I definitely would not recommend this place; especially not for a pedicure. read more

This is a nice, clean and friendly salon. I have been going there for over a year. They appear to have lost some of their staff because the last few times I have been there I was ignored for a good 15 minutes. Then I was told I would be next which turned out to be at least 45 minutes. People kept coming and going and I was ignored. If there were people who had appointments and came and left while I was waiting, I should have been told to come back later or make an appointment. I have found another salon where I am treated with courtesy and my time is respected. read more

Terrible very unorganized. I was told it would only be a few minutes. An hour later. Asked it dipping was done. I want thin coat dipping. The nail Tech did a terrible on customer next to me. It was thick and awful asked for chellac instead. An hour and a half late and 4 different nail tech working on me and leaving me in the middle of the service due to more important customers... Absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to. I even went back a second time for another shot!! BIG mistake!! They dont know what a coffin nail is! After the FIRST new set within a week I had 5 nails break off! FIVE!! And when I went back and told them they broke off they LAUGHED at me!! After paying &128.00 for a new set and pedi they laughed! I dont think it was funny at all!! Then naturally I had to get ANOTHER new set on the next visit (I go every two weeks faithfully) I asked for a medium length coffin.. you should see the CRAP work some guy did. Short. Fat and square as all get out. I tried to complain and all they did was talk about me in vietnamese and laugh!! I walked out spending $68.00 AGAIN NOT HAPPY!!! And all they did was laugh at me!! I have been coming here to get pedicures for the past few months and every time I come in I get consistently great service! The salon is very clean and all the staff are friendly and polite. They do a great job on my nails every time. They even offer free drinks! This is the best nail salon I have found in Midland. read more

Never been to this salon so thought I would give it a shot. My gift from my family for Mother's Day. First glance, it's great. Very clean. Nice relaxing environment. I signed in for a nail dip manicure as well as a pedicure. I didn't have to wait at all. They sat me down right away and started my pedicure. The lady who took care of me seemed great ... but then I started really paying attention. I do not have many complaints on the pedicure other than I ask her to match the color I selected for my nails and they do not match. The pedicure I chose included a foot and leg message. She did message my calves but not my feet which was a disappointment. Then after an hour, we move on to my nail dipping manicure. I do not believe that the lady helping me was new to this profession but her performance made it seem that way. She was extremely shaky and sloppy. She got nail polish all over my fingers and her remark to the mistake was "if you can't wash it off yourself, come back and I'll do it". No big deal but when I'm spending my hard earned money, I expect the job done correctly. I was there for over two hours to get these two services preformed. She did not give me the manicure part of the service either. No soaking my fingers. No trimming my cuticles or filing my natural nails. I look forward to the cuticle part due to the dry nature of my cuticles that cause them to split. She also was very rough and used her own nail to literally jam my skin away from her sloppy acrylic job. I finally leave, again... after being there for over two hours... to having my nails look awful. Very thick and bulky. Uneven... just ugly. Later I look at the receipt and it stated that I was charged for "nail dipping and cuticle trim". Very VERY dissatisfied with this salon. I will not be returning. I may call to complain and ask for either a refund or for them to correct my nails. I paid $100 for an awful nail job. read more

Clean place & beautiful. Walked in and was told There would be a five minute wait. 20 minutes later I'm wondering where my technician is so I ask and was told it would be another five minutes. Then 15 minutes later somebody finally attends to me. By this time the water that was lukewarm is now cold. I ask for the $47 pedicure which has a 14 minute massage with it. Guy does a good job on nails trimming cuticles etc. Get to the massage he's eight minutes in and quits on me. Another customer he was previously attending to needs her toenails she messed up fixed. So he leaves me and goes and helps her for 15 minutes. Comes back and speeds through my toenails they look like crap. He's in a hurry because the girl who's been waiting next to me for 50 minutes (poor girl was told a 5-10 minute wait when she walked in) in lukewarm water has to leave in 20 minutes because she is going to be late to work. WILL NEVER RETURN. And the guy taking In clients at the front door couldn't be any less interested in his job if he was dead. Back to Midland nails I go. read more
