Upon my first call, Megan was wonderful. She answered any questions I had and if she didn't T know the answer, she was quick to find it and get back to me. Making an appointment for them to come out and look at my residence was fast and easy. I thought I would have to wait a while, but it was less than a week. Steve came out and assessed my residence. He took time to explain options and what he thought might be the best fit. I received an estimate within the same day and immediately called for an appointment. I got an appointment within two weeks. The two guys, Robert and Jake, that came out were professional and polite. I was prepared to have to clean up as I knew they would have to make holes to run wire. There was very little cleanup as they cleaned up as they worked. After the work was done, I thought I had an issue and called right away. Robert came out the same day and all was good. The whole process was a great experience. I would recommend Thomas Miller Electric again and again. I am grateful to my friend for recommending them.

When he was approached about this concern, he became very defensive and said things like "I know what I'm doing" "I've been doing this for 40 years" "do you know I'm the only 5 star rated plumbing company in Maryland?". After more requests and research, we asked Tony to install the same size tank as was there before. Tony then said the price was going up $300-$400. When he returned and installed the correct size tank, he gave the new price, which was now $500 more than the original price. The correct size tank costs $100 more than the (half sized) 20 gallon tank he attempted to install in the first place. When asked why the price went up so much, Tony became very disrespectful and raised his voice and attempted to intimidate Me and my 78 year old grandmother. My grandmother handed him the $1350 check, obviously intimidated by this man, and he went on his way. I would not recommend this rip off artist to my worst enemy. I would give him 0 stars if I could.
