Found the issue quickly and explained to me that it was a loose connection. They fixed the issues fairly quickly and their fee is more than reasonable. They came the next morning and were able to get everything fixed within about 2 hours. The two were very patient and informative, giving us really good quotes and explaining everything they would be charging us for. They also gave us alternatives that were more affordable to our budget. They had to work in a rather cramped space to reach our breaker and they were very positive about it. Overall, the entire experience was great! This business is one you can definitely trust to take care of your needs. Juan and Danny also made sure to tidy up anything they had to move (as it was in their ways o:) and were very polite and personable in their exchange. They were accommodating to our schedule too! We truly appreciated the help!! Thanks so much! c: Also a lovely note: they offered a year of warranty for just electric! Although the power had come back on I wanted to ensure there was no issue inside my house (ended up being a Pepco issue). They sent 3 electricians by 7:15am. They worked around some design issues with a built in cabinet partially blocking my electrical box. They let me know that I was missing a surge protector in my electrical box. They checked all outlets to ensure no lingering issue. They offered to look into repairing a tv that had shorted out due to a recent electrical storm. Trip charge was $200.

My original switches bypassed the neutral line. Dwayne had no problem understanding the technical requirements and correctly routed the neutral line into the dimmer, with the line and load wires on the right poles. Not by accident, either, as I saw him use a non-contact sensor to verify which was which. He didn't want to open the breaker first (does any electrician ever do this?), but he wore thick insulated gloves (I've never seen one use those before). This guy seems to know what he's doing.

Alfa power and has team of workers. Awesome my job was a very large job and you need a team of people. Never hire an electrician who does not have a team of people who can come in and get the job done within a reasonable time frame. Alpha power electric came in and did an amazing job. They passed the DC inspection and they did the work on schedule. They also corrected some issues that I had from my prior electrician. Some of my circuit breaker amperages did not equal the amperage on the electrical outlet. For example I had a 20 amp breaker and a 15 amp electrical outlet. They corrected these issues and I realize that I made a mistake with my prior electrician. But my prior electrician installed them without letting me know that they were inconsistent. Alpha power electric corrected these and other items and they did it in a very reasonable time. All in all I give them a five out of five stars for their honesty, dedication and friendly service. I trust him 100%. A lot of these electrical companies you call and they are horrible. Being able to trust your electrician is one of the most important things in terms of fixing your projects. Making sure that they show up on time, making sure they get the work done correctly, and making sure that they will follow through and complete the job. I trust this company. I'm going to recommend Alpha power electric to all my family and friends. Also the value for the service was very fair.

We got 1-2 other proposals and Geo's was not only by far the least expensive, the value was top notch as well. Cheapest is not always best; nor is the most expensive. I am happy to say that I've now got a go-to electrician forever. Highly recommend CGS for big jobs and small.
