I contacted Watts Up and was told there was no warranty for repairing a loose wire and I would have to pay for them to come out and fix it. Apparently, the outlet wasn't fixed correctly the first time. I would expect they would have at least waived the service call fee to see what the problem is. And if it's the same problem I wouldn't expect to have to pay to have it fixed again after only 2 months.

He took time to explain options and what he thought might be the best fit. I received an estimate within the same day and immediately called for an appointment. I got an appointment within two weeks. The two guys, Robert and Jake, that came out were professional and polite. I was prepared to have to clean up as I knew they would have to make holes to run wire. There was very little cleanup as they cleaned up as they worked. After the work was done, I thought I had an issue and called right away. Robert came out the same day and all was good. At first they were great and also recommended many other reputable businesses we needed for things. Then we learned that they didnt finish everything on the list, to include labeling the breaker box. We called and they finished the job free of charge. Fast-forward a year and a breaker in the kitchen flipped and got HOT. We called Rob back and he sent someone 3 days later. That person came and looked at things and said a lot of "i don't know why the old owner did this" quoted us decently high, took no ownership that his own team was here and scheduled another day to come fix the issue. We canceled that service and called someone else...while re-wiring some things that were done incorrectly we also noticed that there is a new outlet (installed by professional) that had no wires hooked to it. And the breaker box is labeled incorrectly. The more I'm learning, the more I'm not thrilled with the service I received from Professional a year ago.

Most recently, we were replacing chandeliers in our Dining Room and Kitchen as well as having to run wiring in two more rooms for a large dome light as well as a fan/light combination. Initially, Scott, the owner, came to our house for an estimate. Scott was prompt - waiting for me as I pulled into my driveway to meet him.
