Turns out he did and showed up on time. Very professional, asked a few questions about the circumstances that may have caused the issue. Once on the scene he proceeded to check the outlets and determined that the wall switch that controlled the outlets had been turned off inadvertently. Turned the switch on and power restored. Lyndy was here about 15 minutes and would not charge me for the service call. In fact he wouldn't take any money. Most contractors charge you for a service call and travel time. Stamp Electric is a great company. I highly recommend them.

Upon my first call, Megan was wonderful. She answered any questions I had and if she didn't T know the answer, she was quick to find it and get back to me. Making an appointment for them to come out and look at my residence was fast and easy. I thought I would have to wait a while, but it was less than a week. Steve came out and assessed my residence. He took time to explain options and what he thought might be the best fit. I received an estimate within the same day and immediately called for an appointment. I got an appointment within two weeks. The two guys, Robert and Jake, that came out were professional and polite. I was prepared to have to clean up as I knew they would have to make holes to run wire. There was very little cleanup as they cleaned up as they worked. After the work was done, I thought I had an issue and called right away. Robert came out the same day and all was good. After some initial miscommunications about the job, things didn't quite turn out the way I hoped, but Luis, the company owner came out himself to make sure things were resolved. And even though the scope of the project increased, he insisted on completing the job at the original rate (although I'm not going to let him, because the scope had increased substantially, and that is clearly my own doing). When working with someone new, it's always a toss up on how things will go when unexpected difficulties arise, and I'm very pleased in how Luis does business. Six-stars! UPDATE: the job is done and we are awaiting inspection this week. The pictures speak for themselves. We are extremely satisfied with our Tesla Wall connector Gen 3 installation. Luis went up and over our garage with EMT to get to the nearby panel. He had to upgrade a breaker to a double pole 60A breaker and also had to update the breaker that goes to the subpanel in the main panel to 100A. Tesla had sent us a bad wall connector the first time around and advised us remotely that the electrical work done was perfect and that all power levels were as expected. Luis insisted on coming out himself anyhow to double check everything even though I assured him it was Teslas wall connector. Sure enough the wiring was perfect and when the new wall connector arrived I popped it on and everything worked like magic.

Mr. Randy always communicated with us to let us know what was going on. The only reason why I am giving them 4 stars is because of the lack of cleanliness. There were screws and cut up wires underneath the lights. I was impressed with the work and customer service however, was dissatisfied with the mess left behind. It would of only taken a few seconds to pick up the scraps. Other than that, I would recommend them.
