Upon my first call, Megan was wonderful. She answered any questions I had and if she didn't T know the answer, she was quick to find it and get back to me. Making an appointment for them to come out and look at my residence was fast and easy. I thought I would have to wait a while, but it was less than a week. Steve came out and assessed my residence. He took time to explain options and what he thought might be the best fit. I received an estimate within the same day and immediately called for an appointment. I got an appointment within two weeks. The two guys, Robert and Jake, that came out were professional and polite. I was prepared to have to clean up as I knew they would have to make holes to run wire. There was very little cleanup as they cleaned up as they worked. After the work was done, I thought I had an issue and called right away. Robert came out the same day and all was good. The whole process was a great experience. I would recommend Thomas Miller Electric again and again. I am grateful to my friend for recommending them.

I posted the project request late Monday night and he had every thing done within 24 hours.. Not only did he take care of splitting our laundry room outlet and moving the washer & dryer outlets down (so we can install a countertop), he also put an outlet in for our dishwasher. That wasn't part of the original request and he still took care of it same day. My partner does most of the renovation and construction work in our home. Mr. Fuentes was kind enough to show him exactly how he did everything and actually TEACH him as he worked. He didn't need to do that, but he deeply cares about providing the best service to his clients. He even offered to answer questions via text if my partner was working on something electrical. E&G Pro Construction did an exceptional job on our house this week! We needed two sections of…read moreconcrete placed, brick work done, and a vine removed that was taking over the back of our house. Their team said they would be at our house Monday morning and they texted me around 9:30 saying they were here. I went out to the front and they already pulled all the old concrete up! I was seriously floored by their initiative. I then took them to the back to show them the vine as well as the area we needed another concrete square placed. They were able to finish the front, knock off the vine and foliage that was from the bottom to the top of our house, and finish the concrete in the back as well which covered the vine root. Not to mention, they cleaned our gutter in the back and offered to help me install a lock at no additional cost. In addition to these services, they caulked toilets and sinks, redid some tile in our bathroom and also repaired concrete outside of our back gate. They are a great team and we are looking to have them coming back next week for more concrete work and look at other potential projects.
