I phoned Kevin who agreed to diagnose the transmission issue I was facing with my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. My truck has 72K mileage. Kevin looked at it and recommended that I first ensure if it was covered by the Dodge warranty. For some reason, it hadn't even crossed my mind [it should have though]. He rightly charged me $85 for the diagnosis and said if the warranty didn't cover it, then he would deduct the $85 from the other work. The dealer confirmed it was covered by warranty. Kudos to Kevin for his integrity to do what is best for the customer.

He was so professional, went above and beyond to help us and show us his appreciation for using his business all the way from offering my husband a ride when he noticed he was Uber-ing home after dropping it off, all the way to staying 6 HOURS late on the day he promised it'd be ready, to ensure we would get it back the day it was promised even with any complications he was presented. Definitely recommend him for anybody needing any services he offers and we will surely be back should we need anything else. Thank you times a thousand for helping us and being so great!

The reviews for this place are excellent and so I decided to take my Tacoma to them to get some…read morework done. The truck is fairly old so, among several other things, they quoted new shocks and strut assemblies. After getting the truck back and driving a few days back and forth to work I noticed that it always had a pronounced lean where the passenger side of the vehicle was riding several inches higher than the driver's side. After calling to confirm, Phil stated that they had done an alignment and had even verified the ride height/level. The truck was definitely leaning though so something was not right, I took it to the Toyota dealership and they showed me the issue. Fort Worth Auto Garage had installed the wrong shock and strut assemblies on one side of the vehicle. I don't believe Fort Worth Auto Garage actually did an alignment or a ride height check, because it surely would have been noticed that the incorrect parts had been installed on one side of the truck. That being said, once I confronted Phil with this information he did agree to install the correct parts so eventually it was fixed. Fort Worth Auto Garage do have reasonable prices, however they seem to be a bit sloppy with their work and they do not seem to pay close attention to details, such as part numbers.

They treated him fairly, found that his 2006 Honda Ridgeline had several major problems but they did NOT take advantage of my boy, he is 22 so not a child, but I was concerned just the same. They SHOWED him everything that was wrong and explained what not fixing it would mean. Their prices were MORE THAN FAIR and they allowed us to leave the vehicle at the shop for a couple days because my son does not even live in Ft Worth and had to get a ride back to Denton, find transportation for himself and his girlfriend in the heat of August and they were incredibly accommodating. As I said, I was actually in a live in rehab facility and they also explained everything to me and we were able to come up with a plan. I will DEFINITELY recommend this business and bring our other vehicles back here if we need a REAL MECHANIC again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEFF and the entire staff!! SECOND VEHICLE WE BROUGHT TO JEFF - My husband's brakes AND air conditioning were MAJOR problems in his 2016 Subaru Forrester and after the EXCEPTIONAL service we received with our son? I knew that the place to have my husband take his car was going to be AUTO CAR CARE CENTER!! We had just as great an experience the second time and while I could not find a way to leave a new review? I wanted to be sure to leave MORE FEEDBACK that expressed our gratitude for the amazing work done by Jeff and his staff. And yes... I am actually still in the hospital. I was in a live in rehab and I was re-admtted to the hospital and I was terribly worried that my husband's brakes were not working and his air conditioner was not working. He is not a spring chicken and has numerous health issues and can not be in the Texas heat. Jeff AGAIN took care of our needs without taking advantage of people who were in serious need of help in a timely manner and they got right to work and did not charge us an arm and a leg. The work they did was quality work for the best value I have come across in years. I'm talking about feeling like I was dealing with a mechanic who knew his stuff and wasn't talking to me or my family like we didn't know anything. He spoke to us on a level we could understand what he was saying, clearly explained the problems and the situation and the price, etc and he didn't try to upcharge us and sell us things we did not need. I highly recommend this shop. Wish I could have left a second review and not just added to my first review but I know we will be back in the future if we have the need for an honest mechanic. And seriously? Who doesn't need a mechanic's name in their wallet? You should put Jeff and Auto Care Care Center in YOUR Wallet!!

I didn't know anything about Auto Car Care Center's shop, but after speaking to Jeff, the owner, on the phone prior to the tow, I felt he could handle the problem. Jeff worked on my vehicle with the true knowledge of a Saturn's components the other shop never showed me even though they touted being Saturn specialists. Jeff, by far, is a true Saturn specialist. With his determination, he fixed my transmission issue by installing a remanufactured valve body. While there, he noticed a hesitation when starting the vehicle, and then he recommended a new fuel pump and seal. I finally got the call that my vehicle was "ready to take on the world". No problems since I left that shop! I cannot recommend this shop enough! After personally owning and operating a classic vehicle restoration shop for 35 years, I can attest that Jeff operates his shop with honesty, a high level of professionalism, a vast auto parts' knowledge and always keeps the cost of the job down for the customer. He saved me over $2500. from having to buy a remanufactured CVT transmission and labor installation cost!
