Upon inspecting the vehicle they identified that the CVT belt was worn and needing replaced. They advised me of the issue and that the transmission seemed to be in working order but that they did not have the specific tool to handle the repair. They recommended another facility in town. They did not charge me for diagnostics or anything for that matter. Went from a $2000+ repair to a couple hundred bucks. Would 100% recommend as they were honest and absolutely went above and beyond for me.

Paid 7100 for a performance 4l60e for a 500hp truck and one peace drive shaft conversion. They…read moredidn't check and reset pinion angle. They gave the truck back with multiple leaks and a vibration at higher speeds due to pinion angle not being set correctly. Took the truck back multiple times for them to fix leaks and check vibration. They had to pull transmission twice to fix leaks under warranty and both times they said they couldn't duplicate vibration. I even paid 240 dollars for sensors they said was the cause of leaks to find out leak is still present and it was the rear main and front pump seal they installed the whole time. They also gave me the truck overfilled on fluid. Now the transmission failed, tail shaft housing broke and they state the vibration from driveshaft is cause of damage. They refuse to warranty the repair and want me to pay out of pocket to pull the transmission again. I refused as I have a warranty for 3 years or 36k miles. They replaced the tail shaft housing and seal only. I picked the truck up rich said the truck was drivable. Transmission now whines and is again overfilled. Now I have to pay for repairs on a transmission I have a warranty on. Rich said warranty is voided due to me doing over 100mph in the truck when he knew it was a 500hp truck. Sound like they just aren't confident in their performance transmission they built. Just beware if you use this company they will use your warranty to fix they're mistakes and won't stand by it when you really need it.

Ive had no issues what so ever. I believe he does a lot of buisness. Ive read lots of stories about them. Most of it about the level of service provided. I did not pay for customer service myself. I had a previous diagnostic done and was able to point out all of the issues with the car. I let them know that I would like all of the repairs done at once to take care of it all and get the most out of my car. After a month, I had my car back. It was running, but roughly. This initial repair cost me $3K. I told the repair shop about this, nothing was done. As soon as I realized it, my car's rear camera was not working. This was a new issue and had to be related to the repairs done. They did not fix this issue. In September, I encountered the same issue, low engine power failure. I contacted the shop and they ran a diagnostic to find the issue. The issue was the same as before but the part that they put into the car had broken, so they fixed it and replaced the computer as well. This additional repair cost me an additional $1300.00 and it also took another month to have my car back. The owner stated to me that with all the repairs done on my car it would be running well and wouldn't need any additional service for the next 2 years. Upon receiving my car I noticed several issues; The A/C was not working (blowing hot air), The high and low valve caps for my AC was also missing, the steering wheel panel stopped working (cruise control, radio, Bluetooth settings), My steering wheel makes a cracking noise whenever I turn it, Upon starting up the vehicle it sounds very rough and loud like something is not right, My front speaker stopped working. On 11/1/19 a month after having my car back, the issue has returned. Except now they are saying that it has to do with everything else ( the latest excuse is an oil pan leak) and refuse to give me a diagnostic report. I have no idea how long my car will be in the shop, I have paid $4300 and I cannot use my vehicle and this auto repair shop is giving me the run-around and is unwilling to fix all of these new issues that their service caused.
