After getting a few estimates via Yelp and a few false starts, we went with Pro Installation. Of the businesses we thoroughly reviewed on Yelp, Pro Installation had the most variety of finishes (both, aluminum and insulated covers) that appealed to what our aims were for the yard. Plus, they had the best color choices, too! Now Pro Installation is a busy bunch. Their lead time was two and a half months, but again, they had selection and color, which sealed the deal for us. Plus, they're a local business we could support! Our sales person came out, in person to show us our choices. He called three days before our appointment to let us know when the installers would be coming. Both Benjamin and Juan arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and helped move our furniture back into place. Nice. "That's a Bingo!"

Absolute Perfection from Start to Finish. If you are looking…read moreto get a patio cover done, save yourself the time and stress and just call Todd. I did my homework and got 5 different quotes for my solid aluminum patio cover project. Not only was Todd's price significantly better than all the rest, but the value and quality he delivered were unmatched. From our very first conversation, Todd was outstanding. His communication is excellent. He answered every single one of my questions and addressed all my concerns without hesitation. What I appreciated most was that he didn't just give me a generic cookie-cutter design. He took the time to ask detailed questions about exactly how I wanted my patio cover done. He consulted with me on every major detail, from how high I wanted the cover to be, down to the exact placement of the electrical outlet, recessed lights, and fan. The installation process was incredibly professional. Todd is meticulous, efficient, and leaves you with a gorgeous, structurally sound, flawlessly finished patio cover that has completely transformed our outdoor space. It is rare to find a contractor who combines top tier professionalism, fair pricing, and clear, honest communication. I cannot recommend Todd highly enough. If you want the job done right the first time without the corporate markup, he is your guy.

The day before Todd was supposed to arrive we ran into an issue with our HOA and had to get that sorted out before we could proceed. They were complaining about the dimensions of the patio cover. Todd was very gracious and patient with us while we got all of that sorted out, which I appreciated because we've interacted with many folks in the past who would just get upset and want to do the job and get paid right away. Even though he had already ordered the parts, he offered to manually adjust the dimensions during installation so we wouldn't have any issues with our HOA. I'm very grateful for that. Todd got the patio cover installed in just two days. Since then I've recommended him to a couple of neighbors, who all went with him after realizing his quotes can't be beat, and they've all been happy with his services.

We had our backyard done by them and Sam Sr. was our contact. From the beginning there were things…read morethat were unclear and we had to keep clarifying and were constantly told it will cost more. Even with that, we went with them thinking it was just a misunderstanding which happened twice! The job took about a week, no start date was given but it was just a random show up. The last day of the week being Friday, Sam Sr. was rushing to finish and at first, said he would return on Saturday if it could not be completed because Monday he had another job to go to. On Friday, things were rushed and the job was not completed but they claimed it was done. We found that the pavers were not set on the stairs and there were spaces between paver that were not covered with sand properly. Also, the areas where the stones should have been filled were not done and my yard was not cleaned up entirely before they left. I had to send video of my pavers not being set which was later fixed. Also, my husband was upset at the job not being completed and done half fast since he had another project lined up. This is a new construction home. I later had all my windows cleaned only to be told that there was sand stuck on the bottom of the frame of the sliding glass door and could not be easily cleaned due to the rain which clogged my weep holes. I contacted Sam Sr. to come and use his power washer to clean it up. I am extremely disappointed to report that he ignored my calls and messages and then later made an appointment and never showed up. Once they get their money, the customer no longer exists! We are very disappointed as my husband really liked Sam Sr. I do not recommend them. Not only did we offer them drinks daily but also bought him a case of beer! Our neighbors' contractors completed their jobs entirely and also cleaned up their yards once job was complete. This is a standard expectation which was not completed after the completion of our job.

They charged me $557 to spend another hour or so looking for the problem and said they still aren't sure if it is fixed. In my book, if you didn't do a thorough enough job the first time, you shouldn't be charging a second time for a job that wasn't done right in the first place. Woolbright's Roofing provided me with a portfolio for my record of all the work they did from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for your roofing issues.
