Todd had the lowest quote for a patio cover out of all the places we shopped around for, and could get it done quicker than any of the other ones too. The day before Todd was supposed to arrive we ran into an issue with our HOA and had to get that sorted out before we could proceed. They were complaining about the dimensions of the patio cover. Todd was very gracious and patient with us while we got all of that sorted out, which I appreciated because we've interacted with many folks in the past who would just get upset and want to do the job and get paid right away. Even though he had already ordered the parts, he offered to manually adjust the dimensions during installation so we wouldn't have any issues with our HOA. I'm very grateful for that. We decided to get an aluminum patio cover and I called several companies that install them; Todd was the first to respond and was able to come over and provide an estimate within a few days. The other 2 companies I contacted booked a month out for an estimate. The estimate visit was fast, he clearly knew what he was talking about. Todd booked about 2 weeks out, the other companies were at least a month to two months out (summer will be over by then!). The install was done over 2 days, I cannot believe the difference it has made to our patio, we just extended our living room to another (outdoor) living room.
