I called them and was told they will not warranty the repair past 30 days. The employee Josh was very rude and condescending, telling me whoever is doing the laundry is overloading the machine. I am 57, I know how to wash clothes. When I asked to talk to Tim, who I thought was the manager but apparently is the owner, he said I wouldn't like to hear what he had to say, he would be even ruder. The parking lot includes an Outback Steakhouse and an Ihop and a Verizon Wireless store. Anyway, they carry different products than the other store. There's also not as many people shopping as other home improvement stores. It's a little bit vacant every time I go it seams. However, checking out is very fast and easy as there are never any lines.
