I was impressed by how quickly everything was coordinated and how efficiently the repair was completed. The quality of the work was excellent, the response time was outstanding, and Ovidio made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. It's hard to find someone who is this responsive, reliable, and takes pride in doing the job right, especially on a weekend. I will tell you after multiple experiences re-sodding this back grass and watching our money just wasted on failed attempts toward a green and healthy lawn, we decided to spend a little more money to get it done right. We definitely got what we paid for with Crest. They dug down deep enough to break up a mass web of roots that were suffocating the grass, they reinstalled new sprinklers, they laid several layers of top grade gopher screen and finished the job with laying top grade healthy green sod. The results of their work have been exceptional. Josue gave us great suggestions on how to keep our grass looking beautiful for the long haul. Crest and Josue give customer service a whole new meaning. We have several projects we need to do on our landscape and we have no hesitation about who we are going to hire for this work. Crest Landscaping brings skill, efficiency, attention to detail, and amazing customer service. If it seems like they are more expensive than their competitors, their work done at the onset will absolutely save you the money spent in the long run. It is so refreshing to have worked with such excellent professionals.

A few days later, he and his team came out to do the work: a bad valve in a tight junction box, a leaking irrigation main and a new lawn sprinkler for a section of lawn that wasn't getting enough water. All three repairs went smoothly and are now working well. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards too - hard to tell they were even here. Thanks guys!!

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service. The job felt rushed, and they were reluctant to add sprinklers in some of the areas where we specifically pointed out inadequate coverage. More importantly, they never really diagnosed or addressed the low-pressure issue, which was one of the main reasons we called them in the first place. Overall, we expected a more thorough assessment and a solution that addressed both the coverage and pressure issues especially for the price they charged.

For the past two years I was watering my lawn all the time, sometimes twice a day during Summer and whenever we vacationed or left home for a week I was always worried about the lawn dying and all the effort it would take to regrow. It started to become a chore rather than something enjoyable. We finally decided to get a Sprinkler System installed and so glad we found Jon. Communication was great right away with super fast replies on Yelp and I believe Jon even came the next day for an estimate. He finished the sprinkler system in less than a week which is what he quoted with excellent attention to detail and a very honest price. The complexity was we were doing concrete work at the time so there were two contractors at our house at the same time. He set me up with a 3 zone system, the front area is exposed to a lot of sun and I always struggled with keeping things growing there. The cool thing is the Rachio system he installed automatically chooses ideal times to water based on daily weather reports. You can see the "after" pictures which show my lawn is still nice and green despite the heat and now I get to water for pleasure instead of doing it as a task! I enjoyed bantering with Jon as well, he is a very knowledgeable guy and also very easygoing and chill to talk to.
