It is now Friday, December 6th and I still have not heard from him or any representative from his company.

We aren't from the area, but we just bought a couple of rental properties up there and one has been having nothing but problems with the stupid locks. The realtor got locked out when trying to show the property and the guys at Online Locksmith were the only ones that could get to it quickly. They were also pretty inexpensive when compared to the others that we called and were happy to help us out - even from Oklahoma. For those that are in the Silver Spring area, I'd highly recommend these guys. Quick, decent on pricing, and their service was great. Wish I could give more stars.

He is truly a kind soul- as he helped someone jump their car before he began work on our door. He did an amazing job resizing a standard door to fit a very custom entryway. I HIGHLY recommend him to others and will definitely be in touch should I need additional help on other projects.

I got excellent service from Ahmad--I would highly recommend Next Day Garage Door…read more I texted them at 10:45 a.m. because our garage door opener had stopped working. The dispatcher told me to expect a call within two hours when the technician was 5-10 minutes away. Less than an hour later, Ahmad called to let me know he was coming and he arrived about 5 minutes after that. Ahmad was extremely professional, explaining their rates, diagnosing the issue, quickly solving the problem with a new sensor installation and rewire job, and giving me a quick primer on how to keep the sensors working well. I could not believe that my garage door was expertly fixed less than two hours after I called and that the costs were within the estimated rate. Bonus: he left the work area cleaner than how he found it. I appreciate how quickly I received service, how well Ahmad repaired the issue, and how affordable the repair was. I really love when service technicians deliver on their promises. If something happens to my door again, I will definitely call them.

I met DJ, the owner of shining star services while at the Barber shop. He was in the chair…read morereceiving a haircut and was speaking to the barber about a recent concrete job he just finished. We all started talking, and as I learned more about DJ, I learned he is a jack of all trades. He does remodeling, concrete, cleaning and even landscaping. So, I told him to hand me one of his cards and to call me on Saturday for an estimate for two trees. That Saturday, DJ and his crew showed up on our scheduled time, he was just as personable as he was in the barber shop and he provided a free estimate rather quickly. His estimate blew the competition out of the water and I was so thrilled I asked eagerly: when can you start? Today, was his response. DJ articulated his planned approach on how he'd cut the tree down and trim the other. He took his time to explain it to ensure I was comfortable and understood. A few hours later, DJ and crew showed up and got to work. They first trimmed an evergreen and after, started trimming the tree I needed to be cut down. When the tree I wanted cut down, shifted the opposite way DJ wanted it to fall. He was quick to act by using straps to ensure the tree did not fall on my neighbors fence. Thereafter, he brought his truck over and pulled the tree down to fall the way he wanted. His crew cut the tree up from there and removed all the debris. I'm happy with overall cost, and the time it took to finish. They did a great job and I plan to use them again for a follow-up job.

The morning of our appointment for cleaning, our power went out and our street access was blocked by a downed tree. I texted and explained the situation. Not only was I answered right away super early in the morning, but I was given sympathy for our problem. We were able to reschedule for another day. On the day of the rescheduled appointment, they called to say they'd be late due to unforeseen circumstances, which they explained. They said they'd knock $ off the price for our inconvenience. Everything about the experience was stellar. They were respectful and professional, but also extremely friendly - just very nice people! I've never seen such a thorough cleaning job. They used a steamer to clean the grout in the shower stall and gaskets around the refrigerator door and sliding glass door, the washed the glass on the sliding doors and swept the entry walk with a blower. The place looked better than I'd seen it . . . Ever. I will definitely use them again.

I have an infinitely positive amount of things to say about Azeez and his crew…read more We needed emergency repairs after our kitchen ceiling fell in and Azeez was able to diagnose the root cause of the leak over the phone. We live in an older home, and even though the crew encountered numerous obstacles/uncovered multiple problems while doing the repair (bad wiring/pvc pipes not glued together/toilets incorrectly installed), they didn't up their labor charge. The only thing that increased was material costs, which we were warned of in advance. The crew was courteous, punctual and professional. Azeez was so easy to communicate with and kept us up to date on schedules and timelines. The ceiling looks better than it did before, and we literally sleep better at night knowing all of our plumbing has been professionally repaired. This old house needs a lot of work, and we'll be contacting BJGE for most of it.
