I told them I have frameless shower doors that needed to be installed in two of my bathrooms. They replied did you already ordered the doors? I said I have all the materials just looking for it to be installed. They replied back with a cost of $650.00 for both of the doors. I also sent them a link with an instructional video from the company from which I got the doors from. I said could you look at this and let me know if this is something you could do. Wanted to make sure there was no misunderstanding. They replied back with it would be $400.00 for each door to be installed. I replied with when can you do the install? I paid Half of the installation which was $400.00 other was due upon completion. On the day of the installation they showed up unprepared it's a two person job they had one person. The person was unaware of the type of door he was to be installing. The owner reached out to be and told me that it was a heavier job and that the price will now be $750.00 for each door. I said I'll just take my deposit back. Now I sent them a video with the instructions and in the video they clearly stated that it requires two people to do this job. I don't know how clearer it could've been. I ended up calling my credit company and reporting and they got it back for. But I said that to said be careful with this company as they may try to take on jobs that they don't fully comprehend. Also try and keep your money and make it your fault.

Fast forward to now and we had a bird break a panel and accessed our soffit vents. I called Real1 Construction and Jason came out again identified then bird damage in about 20 minutes. From the outset of our initial contact, we could tell that this was a truly dedicated and highly professional company. Led by Andres, the entire experience was exceptional. From the quotes developed to outline what services we'd be receiving, to the work being performed, leading up to a final walk through, we were not only guided expertly, but saw the results greatly exceed our expectations. We were especially grateful for the assistance in considering colors for each room, and the recommendations on where we needed to make some repairs that were not immediately obvious to us, as we had just moved into the house. One seldom spends much time focusing on their ceilings, but when pointed out cracks and other imperfections, it underscores the extreme value in having someone experienced guiding you in this process.
