My goal was to ensure the system was functioning properly and to replace several sprinkler heads that were spraying water onto the walls. Although they were fully booked and scheduled my appointment two weeks out, I received a confirmation email the day before as well as on the day of the appointment. Neal arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the system, and replaced all of the necessary sprinkler heads. He also provided effective solutions for improving the coverage and performance of several irrigation zones. In addition to the excellent service, their pricing was very reasonable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the professionalism, quality of work, and value provided. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend their services.

We had Professional Drainage Experts design and install a drainage system to protect our home from…read morewater intrusion, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the beginning, Foster was responsive, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our property, answered every question we had, and provided a detailed plan that gave us complete confidence in moving forward. Once the project began, Julio and his crew were exceptional. Julio was on site every day, kept us informed throughout the process, and his attention to detail was second to none. Early in the project, he even identified a previously unknown leak on our property that could have easily gone unnoticed and made sure it was addressed. What stood out most was the level of care the entire team put into their work. They weren't just completing a project. They were making sure it was done correctly and built to protect our home for years to come. Thank you to Shanese, Foster, Julio, and the entire team at Professional Drainage Experts. We couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend them without hesitation.

Which of course that never happened. At which point I'd already taken the day off work and waited for them to arrive at 8AM which never happened. I get they said it was because they were very busy but at least set my expectations of that - don't promise I'll be contacted to arrange a time multiple times, give me a time, not show up and then tell me you're booked for several more weeks. Just really poor communication and I'm glad this happened now rather than if I needed something from them after they did work.

Her team tore out a bizarre chunk of cement we had previously and created an entirely new walkway and installed a new irrigation system beyond the obvious plant/gravel facelift. (How many companies actually tell you when your project ends up costing less?) Would 1000% recommend Celtic and would work with again. Can't wait to see it all grow in!

I was so glad that I reached out anyway just to ask, because it turned out her bid was very much in line with the other quotes I was getting, while clearly being a step above in quality. Helen and her team helped with a relatively large project - rehabbing a slope behind our property that had become barren, building a set of staircases, and replanting our front yard space. From start to finish, Helen was a joy to work with, continually going above and beyond to make sure the project went as well as it possibly could, all while being conscious of our budget. She was collaborative, informative, kind, and generally just a pleasure to work with, and every member of her team was the same. I've already recommended her to family members and neighbors, and am excited to keep working with her for years to come.
