I frequented this car wash for years since it opened and I've always had excellent service car at this Centerville location! Yes, it can be expensive on the surface, but if you take advantage of the frequent promotions you can cut the cost easily by 50% or more! The service is fast, friendly and the wash itself only takes about one minute. There was only one time I still notice debris on my windshield and I drove back around and they apologized and ran me though the wash a second time! read more

Way over priced and you don't even get free vacuums with it. I'm not sure how they stay in business with their prices.

There are scratches all over the front of my hood and the bird poop I came in to get off is still stuck to the side of my car! I might as well have waited for the rain to do the job for free. Also very surprised you have to pay for the vacuums on top of the wash. Would much rather go up the road for a cheaper wash with free vacuums. read more

The team here does not care about customer service; they do not check the hoses throughout the day to make sure they are not clogged, they do not adequately spray your car before going through the car wash, and the least they can do is say thank you. It is such a shame because I know the high traffic flow that this Car Wash gets in our neighborhood. I have had interactions twice with Kyle and it is very obvious. He does not care. Such a shame when people spend hard earned money to get their cars cleaned, taking out the time and their day to go to their car wash. read more

This is an OK car wash and usually does an average job of cleaning the car but it's very convenient to my home so I go there about every six weeks just to get the dirt off my car. They have an early bird special ($5 off) if you go before 9 o'clock so typically I leave my house about 30 min early on my way to work. Tried to get my car washed yesterday, they had OPEN sign lit up. I drove up and waited and waited. Finally somebody came out and told me that they were having problems and that I should come back a little later in the day, after early bird special so they gave me a $4 coupon - so basically, there was no advantage to coming back later that day. So this morning I left my house 30 minutes early again and went to the car wash. I waited for somebody to help me, finally someone came out and said sorry we're having problems again today, giggled and ran back in the office..... Guess it's time to find a new reliable place to wash my car. read more

Absolutely awful and not worth spending a cent on. Received coupons in the mail for a free ultimate level wash (their highest level and normally costs 20$) and I still wish I wouldn't have spent the time to drive there and back had I known. This car wash did just about as much good as writing wash me with your finger on a dirty car. It slapped around the damp dirty spin brushes and sprayed foam on it (but it had cool orange lighting!) in record time! Unfortunately that didn't save me anything in the long run because I saw the dirty streaks left from brushes, the leftover bug guts and bird poop, and all the dirty drips and runs all over my car and spent another hour re-cleaning it. I see on some of the other sites they have offered other unsatisfied customers a free second run through! Well I was already gone by then but wouldn't have done it anyway. I'm fairly certain there was some damage to the front passenger side corner that happened towards the end of the process (in the room where it blows it "dry") something definitely pushed against my car and made a loud sound. After I got home I got out to inspect and there is a two inch high scrape that I don't remember seeing there before. I did not touch the steering wheel or the peddles until my car had idled out of the building entirely. I wish I would have taken before pictures for proof. Tl;dr- Don't. Just don't. read more

Overpriced self-drive through. The kind of wash you can get at any gas station. They do no do inside cleaning.

These guys took such good care of me! My car was covered in berries that had stuck to the car. On the first time through the wash they did not all come off so the manager offered to run it through a second time!!! I did not expect that! He was kind and helpful and went over the top to make sure that I was happy with the wash. I will definitely be back!!! read more

This was my first go around at Mikes Car Wash. Great deal today I got the Ultimate wash regularly $20 for $16 using ticket stub from UD Basketball game $4 off. No line today was through in less than 10 minutes for the wash. Very nice customer service greeter...told him it was my first time he walked through their process and deals going on now. I didn't use the vacuums this time. .will do on next trip. I highly recommend. .I'll be back. read more

After visiting Mike's Carwash on Far Hills in Centerville Ohio, I was very disappointed. Trevor was very unprofessional and, when asked if they had anything special to remove bugs, said sarcastically "Yea, any of our washes....you are at a carwash...of course the bugs are going to come off!!!" Needless to say, the bugs didn't come off and when I approached him to let him know, he said "I'm sorry if you were confused!" I don't expect a "perfect" carwash from a drivethru like this, but the customer service from Trevor was unacceptable and I will not go back to Mike's for this reason. The only reason I am giving them any rating at all is because they allowed us to go back through the wash again.....and the bugs are still there! I very rarely give bad reviews, but this one was a must! read more

Took my car through. I got the pick 2 and chose the clear coat and underbody wash for $14. The service was really quick which I liked and they have a nice blow drying system at the end to get that spot free dry. Will come back just wish it wasn't so pricey. read more

I have been a loyal Mike's Car wash customer for over 10 years. They provide excellent service and the monthly unlimited pass can not be matched by anyone out there. My car is always clean and they have the best dryers in the business so you don't have all of the drips on your car like the gas station car washes. Just a FYI for some of the bad reviews...if you are not satisfied you can always run through again for free, they guarantee their work and stand behind it 100%, not that you will need it because I haven't in 10 years. read more

I used their free wash coupon [$20+, should have been $10] for the so called deluxe wash and had to literally go over the entire car manually afterwards. I hadn't planned to do this. First, I didn't know that this was NOT a full service carwash. You do not get any interior detailing [interior windows, vacuuming, dash treatment etc.], so, you'd better bring your own towels and detailing supplies and be prepared to pay to use the vacuum, while you sweat in the sun finishing the poor job that the wash just did. I still had to detail leftover soap runs, leftover bugs on the front grill area, partially cleaned rims, etc. in the hot sun. The tire black/polishing service was poor, with uneven coverage on all of the tires. It was a poor wash for their most expensive service. To top it all off, as I was preparing to leave, the lawn/grass water sprinkler system, [which is designed too close to the perimeter of the vacuum/detail area], suddenly came ON and nearly completely soaked my entire car and the others next to me as well. To say the least, I was PO'd. The attendant offered to help me dry it off again, but I refused and left. I'd NEVER go back again, and can't recommend this rather expensive, less than full service carwash for anyone. Your money and mine, will be better spent at a real full service car wash or even other semi-full service washes that do a better job for less. I hope that they don't continue to purchase and replace some of the better, area car washes with this poor service/product model. Highly Disappointed! read more

Worst car wash. I was chomping at the bit to try it out. I drove by everyday during construction and couldn't wait. I normally use Flying Aces and thought Mikes would be even better. WRONG!!! Pulled up on a Saturday afternoon, no lines. Nice. Checked pricing (shocked) and asked attendant if he had some kind of grand opening special. Of course not. Paid fir the most expensive one, gave him a fifty. He wrote something on the window n said enjoy! Um... yea, my change? It's $20 sir. Yea, I have you a $50. Are you sure? Really??!! Yes! Oh, my bad. Sorry sir. Follow the signs n go through, thought my antenna was gonna break off. Dazzling lights and soap n blow dry done. I drove to Dorothy Lane Market and went in. I took it fir granted that the truck would look great cuz it always does at the other place. I noticed the tires were not all shined up. WTF?! Upon further inspection it was a crappy wash. A very expensive crappy wash!!!!! I will not be back!! They are building another one south of spring valley!! STAY AWAY!! You've been warned. We decided to try Mike's Carwash today at their new Centerville location. I decided to get their ultimate car wash for $20 and was told today it was "Bow tie Tuesday" which means I get it for $17. I thought that was a pretty good deal. The attendant in a bow tie writes a number in my windshield and tells me to follow the signs into the car wash. I align my tires up to the track, another bow tied attendant tells me to put my car in neutral and he proceeds to use a pre soak similar to what I do at the $5 self serve car wash. I go through the car wash....lots of cool lights to illuminate the soap...and stuffed animals of Elmo & Cookie Monster on the side with messages written on the side. My car goes through the dryer and I exit. I am looking to see where the retailers are. I keep looking......nobody there! They do have an area that you can pay to vacuum your car out, but this is just like a gas station car wash! Only think is that the gas station charges $10 while this place charges $20. I guess the bow tied attendants are supposed to make you feel like the good old days of a full service car wash, but you won't get that here. If you want to go to a full service car wash....go to Yankee Auto Bath for real service. A bad value for your money unless you love throwing it away! read more
