So I zipped up to the car wash early. I paid the $15, for the premium wash. The equipment is very modern and it cleaned the car very well. As I read, the recommendations to bring a towel. I did that and wiped down the car. I did not see any obvious areas that the car wash missed. All in all a very good wash.

DO NOT TRUST THIS CARWASH TO HONOR ANY DAMAGE…read more On 3/13/26 I went to get my 2019 Audi washed at the Whitewater car wash in Springboro off the 73. Went through the machine fine and parked in the southern most parking spot facing the bank. As it was very windy that day the towel cart was not outside and I needed to go inside the office to get drying towels . As I was walking back to my car a fallen sign, which had recently been picked up from falling over by an employee, was cartwheeled by a gust of wind into the passenger side of the Audi. This created several dents and chips in the paint of the passenger side doors. I immediately flagged over the manager, Alex, who admitted to seeing the sign hitting the car. We filled out information on his phone and he assured me that they would take care of the damage. The following day I got a phone call from Alex who let me know that I needed to bring in three estimates and they would approve the fix. On 3/21 I dropped off the three estimates. I returned on 3/27 as I had yet to be contacted nearly a week later I was told that they did not believe I got accurate estimates. I went to Voss, White-Alan and a Mercedes collision center down in West Chester. These are all certified and reliable locations. Alex told me he would contact me again the following day. This was 3 weeks ago and they have ghosted me. Because of their shady business practices I had to contact my insurance which will certainly increase my premiums. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

The vacuums are very powerful and easy to maneuver. If you've ever fought with the unwieldy vacuum hose you will very much appreciate their user friendly version. What is extremely brilliant is the use of the unlimited vacuum is "free" with the price of the wash, which was not much more costly than than the pitiful gas station car washes. After your wash is done you pull out of the wash bay and into a parking slip with your own vacuum. I was just so pleased to not feel rushed or have to get a pocket full of quarters. They also provided free to use large garbage cans (right next to you) and also the brown-paper paper towels. They have a vending area that looked to have auto cleaning/detailing products and air fresheners however I did not use any so I can't say much about price or selection. If I'm not mistaken they also had an area to use to wash a pet? I can't say much about that either as it was not if interest to me at the time. In terms of the car wash -- you drive up and pay and then enter into the washing area with your car. It was similar to like Mike's I guess. My car was filthy bc it was parked under a tree for weeks so it had sap and bird droppings. It didn't get them all cleaned but I really don't fault the wash. It took a lot of scrubbing man power to deal with some of if. My one complaint is that it didn't give enough time in the blower/dry area. My car was still pretty wet when I pulled out and had I not wiped it with a microfiber towel I would have had water marks. I would recommend to anyone looking for a space to do a good inside and out cleaning. I would recommend bringing a drying towel.
