I had an unfortunate experience at this tire shop and feel it's important to share…read more I called ahead of time to ask if they installed tires that weren't purchased from their shop. The individual on the phone assured me that they did and told me they would be able to take care of me. Since I was only about five minutes away, I made the trip over. When I arrived, I was told by the person at the front desk that the "tire guys" wouldn't be in for another 20-30 minutes. Although I was already in a rush--which was exactly why I called ahead--I understood and was willing to wait. The problem was that 20-30 minutes turned into nearly an hour and a half. During that time, I watched numerous other vehicles and customers come in and out. When I eventually asked for an update, I was told that my tire was "getting done now" in the back. Yet more time passed before my vehicle was even pulled into the garage. All in all, it took approximately two hours to install one tire that I had brought with me. My biggest issue isn't the amount of time the actual job took. I would never put a price or time limit on someone's work, because I understand that things can come up and jobs can take longer than expected. My issue is the misrepresentation of the expected wait time. If I had been told upfront that I would potentially be waiting two hours for a single tire installation, I would have made a different decision and gone somewhere else. If your looking for a time friendly shop, this is not one I would recommend.
