The eggplant baladi was a whole eggplant cooked to mush, swimming in oil and covered with a ton of cilantro (like almost everything else - moderation would have helped). The hummus with the works apparently had lamb and beef, but the cooked-to-dryness pile of meat made it impossible to distinguish and the cilantro was excessive.
